J'ai hésite à partager cet avis... car quand on découvre un joyau comme le Roseline, on n'a pas nécessairement envie de le partager. ;)
Passer un moment au Roseline, c'est comme se retrouver dans un autre monde, on se croirait ailleurs... dans un club de jazz à New-York, Paris...voire même à une autre époque à déguster de sublimes vins. Quant à notre serveur, je dois avouer que j'ai été littéralement envoutée par son charme, son extrême courtoisie, sa répartie, son humour... Je n'ai pas souvent fait l'expérience d'un service aussi parfait, attentionné, même dans des restos d'envergure.

We absolutely loved our time at Le Roseline. The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfect, the ambiance & music were an added bonus that we did not anticipate & our server Loïc was fantastic. As soon as we walked in we were told that we had to leave 2h30 hours later.. a bit rude... We order shots & were told that it would be too long to make so they refused..
We had to pay our bill before dessert was serve.

Je viens de découvrir cet endroit tellement charmant & chaleureux! Mon nouveau coup de coeur! La bouffe était savoureuse, le décor fabuleux avec des musiciens live. J'adore!!! The food was fantastic-we came specifically for the dollar oyster special, & it didn't disappoint. While it took a bit of time for the oysters to arrive, we didn't mind at all since we could see them being freshly shucked right next to us, which added to the experience.
One aspect that felt a little off was the wine service. When we asked about a wine we were considering, we expected to taste it before committing, as is common practice at many restaurants. Instead, the server simply described the wine & didn't offer a sample until we insisted a second time. Even then, the response was hesitant, asking,'Are you sure you want to try it?' This made us feel uncomfortable, as tasting before choosing is typically encouraged when ordering wine.
Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The food was delicious, & though there was a small error on the bill, it was promptly corrected when we brought it to their attention.Voir plus

It's my second time at Roseline, the food is exquisite, the atmosphere amazing, specially with the pianist playing some of the best music variety! The service is excellent, special note to Loïc: very passionate, knows the menu & all it's ingredients one by one, very helpful, gave us good food & wine recommendations, & he's fun!
The atmosphere was particularly pleasant: lights are dimmed, yet you can still see your friends & the food in your plate, music & piano were playing yet you can still talk & hear, the decoration is nicely sophisticated & cosy…
The food was delicious: the starters, mussels, the lamb is just extra! THE DESSERTS are delicious!
