BITE INTO WHAT LE RED TIGER IS SERVING AND TAKE A TRIP THROUGH VIETNAM, NO AIRFARE REQUIRED.
THE FOOD BY THE RESTAURANT OWNERS (ALL FROM THE 3RD GENERATION OF VIETNAM) IS SERIOUSLY TRANSPORTIVE STUFF: FROM HIGHLY STYLIZED REINVENTIONS OF STREET FOOD—LIKE A KNOCKOUT BEEF CARPACCIO WITH SHRIMP CHIPS— TO PIPING-HOT BOWLS OF TRADITIONAL PHO.
THE KITCHEN’S MENU CAPTURES THE BONA FIDE FLAVOURS AND AROMATICS OF VIETNAMESE FAVORITES WHILE ADDING WELCOME TWISTS AND TURNS OF OUR OWN INVENTION..
Le Red Tiger presents a lively casual dining scene built around sharing plates that keep the energy high and the flavors varied, with dishes like fried spring rolls, ribs and satays delivering consistently tasty experiences. The service is prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere blends a social vibe with approachable unpretentious decor, making it a great spot for casual dinners, groups or date nights. While the menu and cocktails are frequently praised, a few notes include warmth from the interior on hot days, some variability in portions and flavors, and occasional noise, but overall the food, drinks and vibe make it a standout and a place many diners return to.
What a delight! Food was outstanding, absolutely exceeding our expectations. We were well taken care of, they were able to seat us even before our reservation time as we were early. The vibe was bumping & got very busy by the end of our meal, but despite how slammed our server was he never forgot about us & kept us well looked after. The shared small plates was an easy way to try a lot of things, & they were all very good! Would recommend the Imperial rolls, pancakes, spring rolls, bok choy, wontons. Great cocktails too! Yum! Can't wait to come back again!
Great flavors & service. My dining partner cannot eat gluten (celiac) & does not eat pork (religion) & so that made ordering a bit tricky. They accomodated us perfectly. Staff was struggling with a MASSIVE table (like a 16 people bridal party or something) but handled it perfectly. Friendly & attentive. Cool cocktails. Signature beer. If anything could be improved, I'd reduce the salt in the Pho broth & the papaya salad doesn't need a dressing. The pickled veg is salty enough. Other than that, it was perfect! What's not to love? I'll be back with someone who's less food restricted!

Atmosphere was nice, cocktails were great. Loved them However fried wontons were really bad. Soem of the worst I've had. Pappaya Salad was also not good. I think it was made from celery rave instead of green papaya. Not enjoyable. Spring rolls & shrimp pancakes were bussin forreal forreal though

Food was very good (Viet. pancakes, beef carpaccio, chicken wings...all delicious). Service was great by all 3 waiters moving around the room. Cocktails exceptional. Nothing not to like! Will def reco to friends for out of the box Viet cuisine.
