BITE INTO WHAT LE RED TIGER IS SERVING AND TAKE A TRIP THROUGH VIETNAM, NO AIRFARE REQUIRED.
THE FOOD BY THE RESTAURANT OWNERS (ALL FROM THE 3RD GENERATION OF VIETNAM) IS SERIOUSLY TRANSPORTIVE STUFF: FROM HIGHLY STYLIZED REINVENTIONS OF STREET FOOD—LIKE A KNOCKOUT BEEF CARPACCIO WITH SHRIMP CHIPS— TO PIPING-HOT BOWLS OF TRADITIONAL PHO.
THE KITCHEN’S MENU CAPTURES THE BONA FIDE FLAVOURS AND AROMATICS OF VIETNAMESE FAVORITES WHILE ADDING WELCOME TWISTS AND TURNS OF OUR OWN INVENTION..
Le Red Tiger is described as a lively Vietnamese spot with flavorful share plates and a warm, convivial vibe, good for groups and casual meals, with cocktails and a solid beer list; the menu is praised for variety and freshness, from papaya salad and banh mi to vermicelli bowls and grilled specialties, though several visits note mixed service with occasional slowness or errors and some meals feeling pricier or saltier than expected. Overall, reviews emphasize delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere, with service consistency and value varying by visit.

The five-spiced pork ribs were banger! Paired with the bok choy, you're in for a treat. Le Red Tiger has a calming ambiance with kind staff. 1 star less because the desserts could be reworked. Something like a tres leches pandan cake or a chocolate anything with coconut crumble could go a long way & allow for a fresh-note ending.
I had the privilege of being invited to Le Red Tiger Angus new brunch menu event which has been assembled in collaboration with Arnaud from Passé Composé. I'm extremely impressed with the calibre of food, considering how many tables they have & their humble kitchen. The dishes were thoughtful, deep, rich, fresh & spectacularly flavorful. The degree of difficulty alone on these dishes is worth a visit. Great ambiance & staff were lovely as well. The location is a little out of the way, but it's worth a trip!

Server clearly forgot to punch in our order, two tables who arrived after us received their food before us. Brought us an app we didn't order & didn't comp anything after waiting almost an hour for our food. Once arrived the food was delicious but the restaurant is beautiful but can get quite loud when full & the music with heavy bass wasn't helping. Nice addition to the neighbourhood but needs to work on customer service when things don't go right.
We ordered 6 plates for 4 people. 3 of them came wrong. Service is friendly & good is good but I don't understand how simple orders are confused. They take plates before we finish them. They take the wet naps before using them . Kinda funny

Bel endroit, menu interessant.
A busy joint, popular with local crowd. The food is fine but pricier than a typical Vietnamese restaurant. More a social experience than a great dining but still fine.
