There are 2 menu items possible (ask to replace the sauces), or you could make a yourself a custom bowl. I love that you can also replace the white rice with brown rice. The ease of replacing the sauces & rice makes this poke place stand out from the rest. Additional, I find the food always delicious & the staff particularly friendly.
My partner & I got the salmon & chicken katsu poke bowls. Both were very delicious & filling. The ratio of toppings to rice to sauce was perfect.
