If you're looking for the best Ethiopian food in Montreal, look no further than Blue Nile! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the service was truly exceptional. Nedia went above & beyond, making us feel like valued guests. She even walked us out personally & thanked us for coming-such a thoughtful touch! As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. The vegetarian options were bursting with flavor, especially the gomen, which was absolutely the best I've ever had. Each dish was perfectly spiced, fresh, & beautifully presented, making it clear that the chefs at Blue Nile know exactly what they're doing. The entire experience-amazing food, impeccable service, & a welcoming ambiance-earned them a solid 5 stars in my book. Absolutely incredible restaurant. The food, the vibes, the staff were all amazing. Definitely one of my top meals of 2024. We had the tasting plate & if I could've licked the plate I would've.
