Had an excellent experience here while visiting Montreal from Las Vegas. Not only was the service from the very friendly staff welcoming, but the owner/ manager was very attentive & warm. She's also a trained mixologist, so try out her delicious & unique cocktails. The food was fantastic. The overall ambiance was super chic, clean, & elegant - similar to some of the high end restaurants I frequent in Las Vegas. Will recommend this place to everyone. 10/10View more

The food is delicious! I had the vegan platter & it is a great variety! The 2 course tasting has even more if you have 2 people or even if you just want to try more options. The staff is super friendly & the decor in the restaurant is gorgeous! If you have never had Ethiopian food I recommend you try it & if you have you should come here!View more

Nil Bleu is amazing! We stayed at the neighbouring Kutuma hotel during our visit to Montreal. The flavours were well balanced & thoughtful. It was shared with us that the spices are imported from Ethiopia & you can tell, each dish was so delicious. Highly recommend!View more

Interesting experience! You receive small portions of food on a big crepe that you use to grab the vegetables & meat. The menu is filled with diverse tasty Ethiopian dishes. (the prices are pretty high though) The waiters were very kind & the restaurant is clean & nicely decorated. Would absolutely recommend the Doro Watt, chicken with berbéré sauce.View more

Nedia went above & beyond, making us feel like valued guests. She even walked us out personally & thanked us for coming-such a thoughtful touch! As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely incredible restaurant. The food, the vibes, the staff were all amazing. Definitely one of my top meals of 2024. We had the tasting plate & if I could've licked the plate I would've. All the different dishes I ordered I ate & loved them (some dishes were hot, I like to eat hot food) Next time I will try different side dishes.
