We randomly popped into this spot on a Sunday & couldn't be happier that we did! The food & service were incredible, & our bartender Sarah was truly next level. Not only was she super knowledgeable about pairing drinks with our meal, but she's also an astrology queen who whipped up the most fun, personalized cocktails for me & my bestie based on our charts. I used to really enjoy frequenting this establishment however I find that the food quality & service has gone downhill as of late. The portion sizes, & quality of the food does not match the high prices. The staff now seem unfriendly for some reason & almost as if you're bothering them for service. The last time I went it took forever to get our food & even drinks. We ordered the lobster roll special only to be told 40 minutes later that they were sold out & to choose something else. The bartender just stood there waiting for us to immediately make a decision. I suggest this establishment for the oysters & drinks, anything else & you're taking a chance at disappointmentView more

Bar du Plateau Mont-Royal très fréquenté. Nous avons eu droit à un bel accueil. La déco est superbe. Nous avons dégusté un cocktail au bar qui manquait une touche d'alcool. Le service était courtois. Sachez que la nourriture est offerte en style tapas. La meilleure façon pour un restaurateur de vous offrir peu & de vous charger un prix maximum. Les portions sont très petites pour le prix demandé. Il n'y avait aucune indication sur le site du resto ou sur le menu. Toutefois, les huîtres étaient fraîches & délicieuses. Je vous recommande pour un verre dans une ambiance du Plateau, mais pas pour y manger.View more

The minute you step into the restaurant your eyes are taken on a wild adventure. Every corner has its set of knickknacks & decor. The staff is on point & friendly. If you can, sit at the oyster bar with Raf. It's tapas style eating & every dish was well crafted & had its unique flavors. Oysters were perfectly shucked, fresh & delicious. I've been coming here for years for the oysters, whelks, & natural wine, especially the Cantillon lambic, which is tough to find in Montreal. The vibe is warm, the service friendly & down-to-earth. A great spot to hang out with friends. Staff are friendly but they are very busy. & with that reason I feel food is a little slow but still acceptable. Food are over average. If you want to come here for dinner make sure to make a reservation so you don't get disappointed.View more
