This place is a hidden gem. We all had the #6 handpulled noodles with lamb (on first page of the menu) & it blew us away.
& the family that runs the place is very friendly..we had a great conversation with the lady serving us.
Forget standing in line at the famous place next door & come here. The hand pulled noodles are better, the broth is better & the toppings are better.Voir plus

Updated review (20250525): Two years later, we came back. I guess our tastes have changed, as this time, we really enjoyed the noodles. We ordered the lamb noodle & we (me, my wife & 8 year old daughter) all enjoyed it. They still accept American Express.
Original: We ate here because the other place had a long line. The noodles were okay. Not the style I particularly like. Just okay. My wife didn't like the noodles as much either. Lotus Bleu is a hidden gem in Chinatown, known for their incredible Henan hand-pulled noodles with lamb-it's their specialty, & it's so good. Ever since I first tried that soup, I've been a loyal customer. Their hagows are also really tasty & worth trying. The staff is always so friendly, & it's a joy to see them each visit.
