Went here after we learned that a restaurant we made a reservation at wasn't open. First tip - Le Central is a food court (we weren't aware), not that we cared, we were very hungry & the atmosphere was great. The staff was super sweet & we chuckled as we tried to find the words in familiar English to describe "medium rare". Burger was good, beer was good, poutine was good. We were happy we stopped in.

So some countries call chicken sandwiches "chicken burgers". I thought they meant the same thing with the smoked meat sandwich. It turns out it was a hamburger topped with smoked meat. It was ok, just not what I expected, especially at the price point (priced as much as a smoked meat sandwich).

Excellente poutine! Small size is definitely the best for one person if you're a picky eater. Very nice place!

Few months in Montreal, gonna try most of the poutine here! I had the large regular poutine to go, surprise me the scale of fries & cheese is nearly 1:1, gravy is nice! It's perfect! Can't wait to return & try other food in this place!

Correct mais sans plus... Le burger est OK mais pas genial. La viande est moyenne, pas de qualité, supérieure. La poutine est Ok sans plus...

Going to Central Market to eat & enjoy is always fun 😁...time flies quickly in this place. This time, I ordered a grande Tousqui poutine with a can of Pina colada. The poutine was filling, a good portion of meat in it, & delicious. I like the system of providing a buzzer to all customers to notify them about the order. The service was fast too, & it's usually a pickup at this place. I enjoyed my time & filled my stomach at Le Gras Dur Au.

Food court atmosphere with quick service. Card only, efficient service, but not in the super friendly range but no complaints. Petite size is filling. We tried Bacon & Smoked meats poutine. Both were good, not the best though. Good place to stop with a group who want different things.

Very good Poutine!!! Not the best I had but easily in top 5. I ordered the traditional to test the taste without any extra meat etc & their sauce has a unique flavour that would make me come back for more. Also the amount of cheese in the poutine is quite respectable.

Issam est vraiment un chouette cuisto & sa poutine est très bonne. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'expérience, à la fois culinaire, parce que ce sont des produits de qualité (& ça se goûte) & aussi au niveau social, j'ai passé un très bon moment. Je trouve qu'il mériterait plus de visibilité.

Les burger sont excellents. La poutine est très bonne, les frites sont chaudes, pas trop croustillante, la sauce est goûteuse, rien à voir avec les sauces traditionnelle brune pas mangeable. Service rapide, pour la qualité de la nourriture, je vous recommande absolument!!!😁

Got a regular poutine , it came cold with frozen cheese curds. I won’t go back.
