It's a lovely place for ice-cream in St-Jean, especially when it's 34 degrees outside! I tried the small verglas (ice storm in French), it's two soft serves stacked on each other & the outside is two flavors of Belgian chocolate, I tried pistachio & crunchy dark chocolate, it's softer than the shell I had at Chocolat Favori or Diperie, quite good in fact! But their dark chocolate is still too sweet, if they have matcha dip, it would be amazing to try
Great spot to relax & enjoy ice cream the place is fancy & Provide plenty of gelato original flavors. Taste is great place very clean amd staff friendly & patient
Options were super vast & the icecream was really good. It's definetly on the pricy side for icecream though but the quality is really good

Lovely ice cream & sorbet bar with a dizzying number of flavours - good mix of fairly "normal" fruit & classic flavours, & then some really crazy flavours & combinations. I tried the Tire D'érable, Popsicle aux bananes, & a third one which I think was mango, coconut & another fruit. all three were delicious but this was a lot for one person! Two (generous) scoops probably enough. There were a few tables available inside, & some outdoor seating too, but we were a big group (~30) so packed the place.
So many options of ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt & sorbert (including lactose free)...all made on location. Service in both languages & they always ask if it is your first time & take the time to detail all of their products & options. Some of the best frozen desserts I've ever had!
The Great Ice Storm is a must-visit for any ice cream lover. The combination of delicious flavors, excellent customer service, & a charming atmosphere makes it a standout in the area. I'll definitely be returning soon 😉
It's good... Lots of variety... But $36 for 3 baby sized & a medium ice cream is actually insane!!!! I still can't wrap my head around it.
This is one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to. Amazing customer service, a huge variety of unique flavours, & so many options to choose from. Definitely worth trying their tourbillons, the one for September was an apple pie with vanilla ice cream & caramel topping tourbillon & it was truly delicious. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop.
