Had an amazing dinner at Le Grand Comité. I have never been to a restaurant with a staff that was so kind, attentive & hospitable, which is why I am writing this 5-star review because that level of service is truly rare these days. They were also extremely cautious about dietary restrictions & actually had called me a day prior to ask if anyone had any restrictions so that they could accommodate, which was amazing given I am celiac. They had a bunch of options to accommodate my restriction including the steak frites because their fries are fried completely separate in the fryer, so there is no contamination, which is usually not the case at most restaurants. The food was delicious & they make sure to use seasonal ingredients. The whole experience from the food, service & ambiance was 10/10, I will definitely go back & highly recommend to others!!

The best restaurant in Montreal. The food is exceptional, the service is excellent, & the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. With every dish, you just want to try more & more. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, & a great team behind it. I loved everything I tasted here, especially the cooked eggplant & the koji-aged beef, which was definitely one of the highlights for me.

The food is creative & technically interesting, but still feels comforting & approachable. You can really see the attention to the ingredients & the work behind each dish.

Le Grand Comité is exactly the kind of neighbourhood bistro that this part of downtown was missing. Very happy to have them as our neighbours, & I'm looking forward to going back & trying more of the menu.

My new favourite restaurant! Every bite was an experience of taste & presentation. We tried so many dishes & I can't stop thinking about the Duck. The farm to table freshness was evident & the quality of the ingredients spoke for themselves without heavy sauces to mask the natural flavours & herbs. The cocktails were made with homemade elixirs crafted by their mixologist & they were fresh & light & a great compliment to the meal. Ask for the Fairies Tears! The interior is beautifully designed to keep the buildings heritage with a sophisticated touch. The service is honestly like nothing I have experienced before. Asked our names we were greeted with a personal touch & felt like we were part of an inner circle of family & friends. We had the privilege to meet the chef & his staff & hear of his journey which has led him to open Le Grand Comite. Get a reservation fast before the long wait that will come when the news gets out & the stars start coming! Suzanna
