This restaurent has opened its doors to a whole new taste experience that will have your senses in a state of euphoria , flavor, presentation, creativity & overall care of attention to detail is nothing I ever experienced before . Chef Rémi Lemieux is extraordinary with his heart, passion, dedication for food, giving an explosion of many flavors for your enjoyment & enhancing a whole new love of food you didn't know you needed! I HIGHLY recommend .I want to give many thanks & compliments to all the employees involved in making the whole dinning experience memorable & a must to share with friends & family it is well deserved for a 5 stars restaurant for their professional & exceptional service , food quality & flavor , price & ambience. This is one of the best restaurants in Montreal . Whether you live or are Visiting Montreal it's an MUST. I guarantee you will be very pleased & will be a restaurent you'll surely talk about.

Love the flavors & the welcoming vibe! The menu adds a number of specials daily - we had the delicious Aubergines Rosa Bianca with Miso & the refreshing Concombres itachi sel fume to start. The Croque Monsieur with Salmon was so good with the light ranch dip.The cheese soufflé was impressive. We learned that Chef Rémi Lemieux was on Le Chef & he scored one of the best meals we've had in Montreal. Great find in Downtown - short walk from Guy Concordia Metro, close to the Museum of Beaux- Arts & the Fantasia Film Fest which is one of the reasons we're in Montreal.

What a great discovery! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are highly hospitable (huge shout out to Fanny!!), the food is beyond delicious - you can really tell how much detail the team had put in to craft such an amazing experience for their guests. My partner & I ordered the 5 course menu & we had more than enough food (great bang for your buck)! Their menu items are rich & flavorful - Chef Rémi & his experienced team really hit it out of the ballpark. I wish we could give this place 10 stars. We will surely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful evening & for giving us a tour of the restaurant!
