This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had & was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes just to take my order because the clerk taking orders was outside smoking with friends instead of serving customers. I ordered my first beer, paid with my card, & even left an 18% tip, which came to about $12.63. Later, when I ordered my second beer, I was told that I had never paid for the first beer. I showed my bank statement as proof of payment, but the staff refused to acknowledge it & charged me for the first beer a second time. After I received my second beer, I went outside for a quick cigarette. I even left a napkin on my glass to indicate that I would be back. When I returned, my beer had been collected. When I asked what happened, I was simply told that they had taken it away because I had been out. At around 3:10am, I asked if they could replace the beer they had taken. I was told that they could no longer serve alcohol as it was past 3am. However, at the same time, I personally witnessed staff pouring alcoholic drinks for other customers & refusing to serve me. This inconsistency made the experience feel very unfair. This was my first visit & will definitely be my last. I experienced poor customer service, had to wait an unreasonable amount of time just to order, was charged twice despite showing proof of payment, had my drink taken away while I had been out for a short time & then refused to provide a replacement in a manner that seemed inconsistent with how they treated other customers. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated & completely unhappy with the way I was treated. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

I came here randomly & had the best time in Montreal. Drinks are good, music is great & the food! Please give it a try it's the absolute best. The owner was so friendly, we came during a random city black out & felt so welcome & happy to have a place that allowed us to stay in the middle of a snowstorm. The vibes were already great & when the lights came back on it was even better with access to the food, the tap bar, & of course the pool tables. One of the best bars I been to!

Cannot say enough good things about this place! The owner is so wonderful, the drinks were 10/10 & I think it's one best meals I've had. Recommend everyone check this place out.

I loved this place, such a cool atmosphere, people playing billiards, drinking at the bar or like me eating at the diner section! The food was absolutely delicious! I love the open concept kitchen. The chef really puts a lot of love in his art. Service was above & beyond. Everyone was fantastic. I will definitely be going back!

First time here & surely not disappointed, Beautiful set of blue pool tables with a medium sized bar to serve the whole place , with a small restaurant on the side The restaurant owner hospitality / food was simpling amazing . After having a few drinks , the food is the perfect filler for a bite to eat while being reasonably priced

Je suis y aller pour ma fête avec des amis & c'était incroyable. On nous a offert tous des shooters. De plus, il m'a offert mon drink pour mon anniversaire. C'est 14$/ heure pour une table de pool. On est resté 2-3h & le barman nous a fait un prix. Il était super gentil & super service. Je recommande fortement!!!
