Wonderful bar & very attentive staff! The cocktails were amazing & our server Leah in particular was really great- the seating & atmosphere made for a great night
Quel bel endroit ! L'intérieur est magnifique avec un style vintage & l'endroit est rempli à tout heure de la journée rendant l'ambiance vibrante. Les cocktails sont excellents & il est difficile de se contrôler en observant le menu de nourriture. Une multitude d'options à bas pris sont disponibles jusqu'à minuit pour passer un excellent moment en bonne compagnie. Les huîtres & la foccacia au beurre au miel sont des incontournables.
Je suis allé plusieurs fois au bar Darling : l'ambiance est très bonne & l'endroit est décoré à merveille. Le service est globalement bon. Une seule petite déception sur le steak-frites qui, pour le prix, ne m'a pas totalement convaincu. En revanche, j'ai goûté à beaucoup d'autres plats & tout le reste était parfait. Une très bonne adresse malgré tout.
Stopped in for a quick bit on our way to Mont Orford. Super cool vibe & awesome decor. Service was great, attentive & very friendly.
Onion soup, popcorn chicken, & cod croquettes were Delicious! I'd definitely come back
I went there on Saturday for its burgers but then realized they only serve burger weekdays. I had brunch & it was decent. I would rate service & atmosphere better than the food.
On a pris deux verres avec des amis. Il y a de l'attente. Lieu avec un charme retro. Par contre on était juste à côté des cuisines, dans le couloir de circulation. Pas idéal de placer une table à cet endroit.

L'ambiance est super cool! La bouffe est bonne & les drinks aussi. Je recommande de faire une réservation comme il y avait un peu d'attente à l'accueil. J'y retournerais, surtout pour l'ambiance cozy mais festive!
My favourite place to bring people when they visit me in MTL. I don't know wth they put in their ranch sauce but its so good, & im not even a ranch person 😭 I legit book the place for every dinner/event I have to plan for. The drink & food menus are rotated frequently so you always get new stuff. Obsessed with their popcorn chicken & the honey foccacia.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday & I'm so glad I did. I chose this spot because it had a unique vintage, artsy bar-restaurant vibe - & it absolutely delivered.
The beef tartare was his favorite dish of the night
The steaks were cooked perfectly, rich & flavorful.
The burrata was fresh, creamy,& balanced beautifully with the rest of the plate.
& the drinks? Strong, smooth, & dangerously good.
Overall, the experience felt special, intimate, & thoughtfully curated - from the atmosphere to the food. Definitely a place I'd come back to for another celebration or a romantic night out. 🥂
Première expérience au Darling sur recommandation d'une amie & je n'ai vraiment pas été déçue! Le tartare de saumon est juste excellent, les frites superbes & le gin à la pêche délicieux, je recommande vraiment!!

Went with friends for brunch & I was a bit disappointed unfortunately. I got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict; both the hollandaise sauce & the mayo were weirdly sour. The potatoes were somewhat bland. The eggs were cooked well however & the salmon was also good. Great ambience & service.
Nourriture pour les incultes culinaires ( sandwich italien servi avec un pain hamburger brioché surdimensionné & prosciutto) , service incompétent ( service d'un café 30 minutes en retard , caféiné alors que j'avais demandé déca). On paie juste pour le décor.
