J'ai commandé 3 fois avec vous & il manque les articles principaux. J'ai payé 30$ pour des guédilles de homard sur Doordash qui ne sont jamais arrivées & je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement. C'est pas acceptable selon moi. Je veux un remboursement.

Une belle expérience dans l'ensemble. Les plats étaient bons, généreux & bien présentés, avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Quelques petits bémols toutefois : le chai latte manquait vraiment de goût & mes toasts sont arrivées froides, beaucoup plus tard que le reste du repas. Le personnel était sympathique, mais semblait manquer un peu d'expérience & le service aurait gagné à être plus fluide. Malgré tout, nous avons bien mangé & l'expérience demeure positive.

Notre addition était d'environ 340 $, & à la fin, nous avons laissé 10 % de pourboire. En voyant le montant, le serveur a commencé à s'énerver, a jeté l'addition sur la table de manière démonstrative & est parti, visiblement mécontent.

Monsieur, c'est votre travail, pour lequel vous êtes payé. Vous êtes payé pour servir les clients qui viennent manger, & non l'inverse. Le pourboire est une marque de reconnaissance pour un bon service, & non une obligation pour le client de laisser le montant que vous espérez😉
