Excellent service du début à la fin. L'ambiance est parfaite. Nous étions 3 amies & avons eu droit à une belle explication des cocktails, mocktails & des plats. Tout était vraiment savoureux. Le mix d'ambiance & du détail apporté aux plats nous a vraiment permis d'avoir une superbe expérience.
J'ai vu ce restaurant passer fréquemment sur les réseaux sociaux & je me méfiais un peu de la « hype » autour.
Après être allée, j'ai été déçue de la cuisine & de la configuration du restaurant. Une salle minuscule avec de la musique trop forte…On doit prévenir au comptoir des commandes de notre arrivée car on peut pas accéder directement au restaurant.
Au niveau des plats, c'était un peu décevant notamment sur la quantité & le goût : des portions minuscules (sur les photos les sushis pressés) pour les prix.
Étant grande amatrice de cuisine japonaise, l'assaisonnement était beaucoup trop lourd, on ne sentait plus le goût de rien.
Nous avons fini le repas avec un tiramisu au matcha à 10$ qui n'était vraiment pas extraordinaire & servis dans des barquettes plastiques avec cuillère en plastique !
Néanmoins, nos mocktails étaient excellents & le personnel agréable.
Nous avons été cependant un peu déçues de notre passage au Château Maneki, surtout avec ces prix là.
Cantine sympathique si vous voulez manger sur la terrasse, sinon, minuscule mignon resto au 2e étage. Nourriture excellente, nous étions 4 & avons partagés plusieurs plats, environ 6, puis des desserts. Les cocktails/mocktails originaux & délicieux. Tout simple mais efficace pour prendre une bouchée rapide ou passer un bon moment avec les copines.
Such a cute & intimate place! Drinks are lovely, mocktails in those animals glasses are fun, the sushis & maneki dogs are really good! I recommend the sake truffle sushi highly 🥰

Montreal foodie vibe right here. An old Montréal ice cream shop converted into a asian fusion place.'Pressed' Sushi, Sushi hotdogs & tartare & super funny mocktails & cocktails. It's refreshing to go a innovative place that also serve fresh food. It was delicious & full of flavor. I will definitely return!
Absolutely exceptional
Top 3 in Montreal in terms of freshness of the ingredients & menu originality. We have tried every single item on the menu (group of 4) everything was simply perfect. Make sure to try the Maneki Dogs & the cocktails/mocktails. Simply exceptional. Kudos to the kitchen & restaurant staff, amazing food & amazing service. My new favorite in town! A++++

C'est le meilleur endroit pour une fabuleuse & délicieuse soirée. Un must à réaliser dans votre liste de restos !! Parmi les meilleurs repas & mocktails de nos vies ! Absolutely loved this place. Very nice atmosphere & enjoyed the speakeasy ambiance. My highlight were the Maneki dogs. However, I thought there was too much rice in comparison to the fish in the pressed sushi & was let down by the matcha tiramisu that didn't taste fresh but rather cold & hard. Their mocktails were also very good! Overall would absolutely recommend.
My boyfriend & I are very happy with our lunch here! We tried four out of the five sushis options (we left the spiciest one for another day, haha) & all four had very distinct flavors. We really enjoyed all of them. We tried the Toad & the Pig mocktails. They were delicious but a little too sweet for us, but that's 100% on us - we should've asked the waitress before ordering. We were very grateful upon arriving to find out they have a second floor to hide away from the cold outside & we were both impressed by the atmosphere - it feels like a hidden speakeasy! There are few seats, however, so while we were fortunate to be seated without a reservation, I would not leave it up to chance again. Great service, our waitress was so friendly & attentive. We definitely recommend giving Château Maneki a try!
Wow, what an amazing experience. As soon as you walk up to order you are greeted by the nicest people ever! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh & extremely flavourful. The drinks were 10/10, the toad ally awesome mocktail was to die for. Will definitely be coming back!!

The staff is so lovely & the food really is very flavourful but on the expensive side for the portion sizes. They don't offer any vegetarian options on the menu but very kindly made adjustments to accommodate & prepare something vegetarian friendly for me. The mocktails are amazing though - we tried four of them & every single one was a hit! Looking forward to coming back when the menu is expanded!
We went on a Friday at lunch time in october. It was a pretty cold day. We first thought that we could eat inside, but the location only had an outside terrace with a wooden fence. They had heating gear & covers for clients, but we couldn't go to the inner tables since we had a stroller for our baby & the front table blocked the way. Instead, we went on the other side with benches. There was no heating gear, but luckily there was sunlight coming out. The food was really tasty but pricy for the quantity. We ordered Unagi Donburi (more rice than eel, but the mix with the avocado was really good), tuna pressed sushi (the wasabi sauce & peas really gave a good texture to the pressed sushi, not enough tuna) & yuzu mocktail (more ice than drink, but good combination) as a drink.
I had an amazing dining experience at Château Maneki! The restaurant's unique pink castle setting instantly caught my attention, & their pressed sushi is simply delicious. I tried the 📌Tartare de Thon, 📌Maneki Classic, & 📌Unagi Kabayaki, & each dish was beautifully presented & packed with flavor. The balance of textures & tastes is perfect. I also ordered the 📌Rose Poison mocktail, which was refreshing & a perfect complement to the meal. If you are a sushi lover or just looking for a new, fun, creative spot to dine, Château Maneki is a good choice :)
Cute mocktails & good selection of sushi & small bites. Worth stopping, right off the highway. Good parking lot, patio seating. Wheel chair accessible but tables are picnica tables not suited for wheelchair users.
