Incredible Staff. Really show effort to adapt to clients & make the experience that much better. Food is amazing & is worth the price. Been coming there for a while now & can easily say that this is my favorite sushi place quality/price wise. This is also a complete new type of sushi that I never tried before.

We were visiting Quebec during the world club game & Canadá holiday. We drove 20 minutes from the stadium to grab a bite. Everything is made fresh to order.

The pressed sushi was so fresh & delicious. A new take on sushi rolls.

We ordered refreshing drinks strawberry & mango.

The patio is hidden place in the back. We sat down & eat the pressed sushi.

The Chateau Maneki is great place for a quick bite after a busy day.

The staff was friendly & easy talk to about the food.

Le personnel est très sympathique!
La nourriture délicieuse & magnifiquement présentée! La portion de la formule-dîner est parfaite (une entrée, un sushi pressé 8 morceaux* au choix & un inari du chef). *Avons gouté la wasabi croustillante & le sake truffé

Petite place très cute surtout à aller entre copines! Les mocktails sont incroyables! Le staff super gentils & souriants! Toutefois, personnellement, je trouve que le prix est assez élevé pour la quantité de nourriture (mais je pense que c'est ça le concept)! Sinon il y a aussi une crémerie en bas (laffogato espresso est très bon) :)

Les sushis sont originaux & succulents. Des saveurs que vous ne retrouverez pas partout. Le service est littéralement impeccable. Serveuse d'une gentillesse inégalée. L'endroit est petit, intime & on s'y sent bien. Je recommande!
