We were visiting Quebec during the world club game & Canadá holiday. We drove 20 minutes from the stadium to grab a bite. Everything is made fresh to order.
The pressed sushi was so fresh & delicious. A new take on sushi rolls.
We ordered refreshing drinks strawberry & mango.
The patio is hidden place in the back. We sat down & eat the pressed sushi.
The Chateau Maneki is great place for a quick bite after a busy day.

I had the pleasure of sitting on the outdoor terrace at Château Maneki, & the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
The atmosphere was cute, casual, & welcoming, & the staff were incredibly friendly & attentive. The sushi was, without a doubt, some of the best I've had in Montreal-fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, & prepared with obvious care & talent.
I trusted the chef's recommendations, & I'm so glad I did. Every dish was outstanding. The chef even surprised me with a special salmon sushi that was absolutely unforgettable. The Hot Dog Sushi & the Salmon Tartare were my personal favorites-both were simply delicious.
The service was amazing, & the passion for great food truly shines through in every detail.
Congratulations to the chef & the entire team for creating such a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be back again & again, & I'm already looking forward to trying the indoor dining room for a more formal evening out.

Le personnel se distingue par son attention & son professionnalisme, contribuant à une expérience des plus agréables. Le menu, à la fois exotique & raffiné, propose des plats aux saveurs parfaitement équilibrées. Chaque bouchée témoigne d'un réel souci du détail & d'une grande maîtrise culinaire.

Puis, un boss boy surgit de nulle part, genre sortie secrète de film d'espionnage 🕵??♂?

J'ai été mangé au château ce midi & c'était parfait. Cheng est un serveur attentionné, efficace, souriant & très poli. La nourriture est exquise, raffinée & les plats sont savoureux & frais. Le décor est wow.. j'avais l'impression d'être de retour au Japon. Un sans faute, bravo. J'y reviendrai assurément
Ce restaurant a tout pour plaire. La salle à manger est très petite, l'ambiance est intime. La nourriture est excellente & la présentation démontre un soucis du détail. Le service n'est pas le plus rapide, mais sans être lent au point ou c'est frustrant, donc aucune plainte à ce niveau. Petite note: les verres en grenouilles & en chats sont vraiment biens haha!
En sommaire, une belle expérience culinaire, on paie un peu cher pour la quantité mais je pense que Château Maneki vaut quand même le détour.
Le château maneki est un petit restaurant à l'ambiance convivial. Le personnel a été très chaleureux & a pris le temps de nous expliquer le menu avec soin. Le service a été impeccable & la nourriture délicieuse. Petite mention spéciale au cocktail HAKUNA MA-SAKÉ, il était excellent. Pas trop fort ni trop sucré, simplement parfait. Je recommande à 100%.
