Le Chalet des Érables is described as a magical and beautifully themed venue with stunning decor, abundant flowers, and flexible wedding spaces that include two ceremonies under a tent and in a clearing, making events feel unique and memorable. The staff receive high praise for professionalism, warmth, and attentive coordination that helps guests feel cared for from start to finish. The food is consistently praised for quality and generosity, with many guests enjoying flavorful dishes and refined presentation, though a few notes mention slower service during peak times and occasional gaps in what is expected on the menu. The site is celebrated for being family friendly, offering a wide range of activities for children and a charming farm atmosphere, while some critiques point to extras and pricing for activities, rides, and beverages. Taken together, the overall impression is that Le Chalet des Érables delivers a memorable experience with standout service and ambiance, though potential visitors should consider timing and costs.
Super service, merci Jeremy!! La bouffe était excellente & l'ambiance aussi. La déco est superbe. Activité pour les enfants, il y en a pour tout les goûts.
Let's start with the good - the atmosphere is amazing & there are so many activities to do. Most activities are geared towards young kids but there are still a few things for adults - the bumper cars were a blast!
Now the not so good - the food was just OK, nothing special - the highlight was the sugar pie, they top it with vanilla ice-cream, which I never seen before but not sure how I'll eat it ever again without it!! Also, the server we had a as not very attentive.
Le repas était délicieux & les portions étaient très généreuses. L'atmosphère était celle de familles profitant de la cuisine québécoise.
Il y a aussi une grande variété d'activités pour les enfants.
Please be aware of policy with regards to refunds if someone is sick.
We bought 7 tickets on Saturday night.
Sunday at 10 AM , one of our group was sick with the Flu.
That person did not come.
When we arrived, we explained what happened, no one would listen or do anything to assist us. No refund, no exchange for maple syrup, nothing!
The food was ok & the service was friendly at the table.
It was very commercial & no human factor.

Came for a nice little meal… left questioning if I'm now 30% maple syrup. 🍁
The pea soup could warm a Canadian winter. The traditional meal was incredible - the omelette & crispy bacon were perfectly cooked, & the classic maple-inspired dishes brought that true sugar shack flavor you hope for. The atmosphere really made it special. The rustic setting, checkered tables, & friendly service made it feel like a true Quebec tradition. Everything tasted homemade & you could tell a lot of care goes into the food & the experience.
Just when I thought I couldn't eat another bite, they brought dessert. The sugar pie & icecream was so good.
Authentic sugar shack vibes, amazing comfort food, & portions that say'don't worry about dinner tonight.' Portions were good & the server kept asking us if we wanted more.Service wasnt rushed & theres plenty to do for the kids.
Would loosen my belt & come back again. 🍁😄 . Only downside there was a bit of dried soup on a spoon & a bowl, but not a big deal when you see the amount they must have to clea,& they should retire the bumper cars just loud, gas smell & not fun.My son enjoyed the vintage car ride & all the other activities.
Went with my family accompanied by an international student.
The student being from Brazil enjoyed the Quebecois tradition.
Justin our server was absolutely terrific. Very attentive, accommodating, & patient.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience an authentic Quebecois sugar shack.
The place was nice, the service was OK.
The Gentleman who showed us to our eating area was super nice.
Except for the omelette, the Pea soup, & the beans, There wasn't really anything to be excited about there. The bacon was too salty so I couldn't eat it. We asked for pancakes or crêpes Or French toast, they brought us something that was deep-fried & soaked in oil which made it not edible.. I don't know what they were, but they were not pancakes. The pudding, chômeur did not have any maple syrup, it was regular brown sugar syrup. Maple pie was Good. At the table, maple syrup was in very short supply.
I don't think this place represented a genuine Quebecois Experience. I would not recommend it.
