Le Chalet des Érables is described as a magical and beautifully themed venue with stunning decor, abundant flowers, and flexible wedding spaces that include two ceremonies under a tent and in a clearing, making events feel unique and memorable. The staff receive high praise for professionalism, warmth, and attentive coordination that helps guests feel cared for from start to finish. The food is consistently praised for quality and generosity, with many guests enjoying flavorful dishes and refined presentation, though a few notes mention slower service during peak times and occasional gaps in what is expected on the menu. The site is celebrated for being family friendly, offering a wide range of activities for children and a charming farm atmosphere, while some critiques point to extras and pricing for activities, rides, and beverages. Taken together, the overall impression is that Le Chalet des Érables delivers a memorable experience with standout service and ambiance, though potential visitors should consider timing and costs.
This was by far the best Sugar Shack I've been to so far! Friendly service, beautiful decor, loved the add-on food you can pay extra fir such as La Poutine Cochonne & The Jambon Effiloche a
L'érable. They even carry some microbrewery beers, i chose a Maple Red Ale snd it was anazing with the meal. There are soooo many activities to do outside as well! Yes you have to purchase coupons, yes it can get expensive but the pure bliss on my kids face made it all worth it! Carroussel, Poney Ride, Car ride, Train Ride, Mechanical Bull, calèche & more! Will def go back!

I'll start with what I liked. Firstly, tasty cuisine, great variety, quality at a fairly good level. Secondly, the entertainments for children. They really liked the animal farm & train. Now about what needs improvement. Very unpleasant aftertaste was caused by the situation when two of our two-year-old children were offered a toy, they naturally took it, but no one said that they would have to pay for them. Then they brought us a bill for $18. My asking for return they refused, informing that this is impossible. In addition, we forgot a spoon for feeding the child there on the table; after we returned to pick it up, it was no longer there, they said that they had not found it, & without even bothering to at least pretend that they were looking for it. I was also informed that all entertainment was at least until 7pm, at the same time some of them, such horse riding, were no longer available after 6. The service format & atmosphere indicate that the establishment's first goal is to make money but not to take care of its guests. Visiting it is a dubious pleasure overall.
It's something out of the 70's...buggy rides, Choo Choo train,go karts, animal barn, maple taffy.. inside many pics of previous owners..large dining rooms,a store & hard working staff...food was superb as I ordered vegetarian ( no meat but with eggs)..plenty of parking....a visit is recommended..

Le Chalet des Érables is the best Cabane a sucre I ever been in the food was great 5 stars all the way & are waiter Jean was amazing. There so many thing you can do after you eat train ride, bull ride & also animal you can feed & so much more can wait to go next year again.
