Inspired by Williamsburg’s praise, the 25-seat space is beautiful! he establishment’s cocktails are house-made and thought up by the team. The menu at Henden is in the same vein as the Bird Bar, but revisited. It was designed for the space: easy to eat with your fingers and goes well with cocktails. It features oysters, a caviar station, blinis, truffle macaroni bites.

Dinned here on August 24th, we were walking on Rue-Notre Dame & came across this restaurant. We were seated immediately & got to choose where we sat. There were only a few people inside but it was early lunch so understandable. We ordered the Truffle Mac & Cheese, Chicken & Waffles & Indian Butter Chicken Tacos (2) Everything was delicious. I was hesitant to try the tacos because everyone makes their butter chicken differently but I was pleasantly surprised. The Mac & Cheese I got as a side dish & could have just ate that by itself. The music was nice, the seats were comfy & the atmosphere was cozy & chic. They did bring me the wrong order at one point but quickly rectified it!View more

The food is good, but I asked for gluten-free, as I chose this restaurant because they advertised gluten-free. Seeing the digestion problems hi had, there was certainly gluten in there, even though they confirmed there would not be. Great place to go, but beware if you have gluten issues :( Also parking is not obvious around there, I recommend subway or uber.View more

I had high hopes but left with low drumsticks. The drinks were fine, the atmosphere hit the right notes, & the music was on key. But the food? A real mis-steak. Paying $31 for three fried drumsticks & a spoonful of coleslaw felt like a fowl deal. & the cornbread? Stale enough to make toast blush. Honestly, if KFC had this place's décor, it would be finger-licking better. Won't be winging back anytime soon.View more

Le service est très long. On a commandé notre commande vers 8:30 & on l'a obtenue 1h plus tard. Par contre les serveurs/serveuses sont gentils. J'ai pris les gaufres & poulets frit & les gaufres étaient un peu molles quand on me la servie, comme si elles avaient trempé longtemps dans le sirop d'érable. J'aurai préférer qu'elles soient plus épaisses ou du moins qu'on m'apporte le sirop pour que je mette moi-même la quantité désirer. Sinon belle ambiance en général.View more

Really sad how the quality of this place has diminished drastically. In the beginning when Kim Lalouz was around it was good. I think the cooks really just don't care or taste any of the dishes before they go out. We ordered the fried chicken & waffles & the 3 piece chicken with corn bread & slaw. The chicken was very under seasoned devoid of salt same with the corn bread & that coleslaw is sad as hell no salt no vinegar no flavour. It's supposed to be a fresh addition that cleanses the palette from the fried chicken . Disappointing to say the least . The chicken also had no seasoning & the batter was hard & dry over fried. Corn bread was super dry & seemed like was made a day ago. The bill came to 92$ with tip . I know it sucks to say but I would have literally rather eat kfc than this over priced hype machine. To the chef or owners I urge you to taste the food coming out the pass of the kitchen. Its unacceptable for the priceView more

Quel bel endroit. La musique & l'ambiance sont au rendez-vous. C'est tellement dommage que la service soit extrêmement long. La nourriture est vraiment ordinaire. The "large plates" tel qu'indiqué sur le menu étaient tristes & sans accompagnement. Une brisket sur une gaufre avec absolument rien a coté ou dessus d'autre. 36$. Je n'y retournerai pas.View more
