Inspired by Williamsburg’s praise, the 25-seat space is beautiful! he establishment’s cocktails are house-made and thought up by the team. The menu at Henden is in the same vein as the Bird Bar, but revisited. It was designed for the space: easy to eat with your fingers and goes well with cocktails. It features oysters, a caviar station, blinis, truffle macaroni bites.

Love their buffalo blue cauliflower! Came for a couple of drinks & appetizers, delicious! Very good margarita, super nice ambiance especially in the summer, the windows open & they have a high counter to sit at. They also have a really nice terasse too. Will be going back soon.View more

I had high hopes but left with low drumsticks. The drinks were fine, the atmosphere hit the right notes, & the music was on key. But the food? A real mis-steak. Paying $31 for three fried drumsticks & a spoonful of coleslaw felt like a fowl deal. & the cornbread? Stale enough to make toast blush. Honestly, if KFC had this place's décor, it would be finger-licking better. Won't be winging back anytime soon.View more

Overall, a good experience. Drinks were quite expensive for the size & were quite regular. We each got a 2-piece regal fried chicken meal, which comes with their cornbread & coleslaw. We didn't try the coleslaw but the chicken was well cooked, a decent portion size & well seasoned & crispy. I liked that they had many options for dipping sauces the Honey Dijon was good. The cornbread left much to be desired, overly buttery & garlicky (& I love those things) & the jalapeno in it felt out of place & took over the flavor. I would go again & try their brunch. The atmosphere & vibe were nice though; went on Sunday evening so it was pretty quiet. Music was great & the lighting was nice though a bit too dim by the end. Went there on a Wednesday with a friend to catch up. The vibes were immaculate although the music was a little bit loud. Our waiter, Eric, was absolutely great. We were indecisive about drinks & he created a concoction based on our favourite alcohol. The food was great! The vegan tacos were 100%, the pattie was flavourful & not dry! The only complain I have is that the food is a little bit overpriced for the quantity you get. On Wednesday the wings are1$! Great deal! I would 100% come back!View more

Great concept, friendly service, the food itself can be inconsistent though. I'll return someday for sure! However, the first time here I had the best chicken + waffles in my life & the second time around, I wouldn't recommend the 2 or 3 piece chicken meals for their current recipe: a bit much breading & overcooked. That said, the popcorn chicken was great, while theduck nachos were a bit light on meat, sweet potato fries are good. Great staff & lots of options for drinks & dietary options.View more

Had a group of friends join for my better half's birthday , & this place was a total hit. Food & drinks were very good overall, & we had a nice atmosphere even if we were seated near the entrance & people would pass by frequently. But what really glued it all together was the great service we got from out host, Adam. He was amazingly efficient & diligent, & had everyone in our party covered at all times, without distracting from our conversations or activities. So a big shout out to him for his outstanding service, I had offered to write a review when thanking him, & even if it took me a couple of weeks here it is.View more

Went last night with friends. Food is fine, but man, the waiters are annoying, they can't see any empty plate, they pick it & run. Same with drinks. For the owner, please train your waiters to ask the customer before picking anything from the table. They look like being in race to get the customers out. It was 2 different waiters.View more

Absolutely an amazing night! We went on a normal tuesday night & all the staff especially Victoria had a smile on their face, & a genuine smile. Pure happiness inside the restaurant & it engulfs the atmosphere. Drinks are made to perfection, i highly recommend the espresso martinis! The food is amazing & great portions. One of top restaurants on Notre-Dame! Almost all dishes are chicken-based but the best part is they aren’t greasy & don’t make you feel bloated afterwards. We had popcorn chicken & tacos, highly recommend. We sat on the terrasse outdoors, the light is very ambient but all tables are so close to each you feel crammed.
