Hands down the BEST Banh Mi's I've ever tried! Had Banh mi all over the United States, Southeast Asia, & Canada & Le Bay Ca Phe absolutely SMACKS! 👏👏 I recommend the Torched Beef Flank. Buttery smooth & juicy. The bread was crispy & has a nice crunch to it. The marinade spread was beautifully executed throughout the entire sandwich. Has a generous layer of marinade spread without it overpowering the banh mi. Ingredients tasted fresh, portion is good, & I will be coming back the next time I visit Montreal.
Also, the service was great, she did a fantastic job being attentive to our table.
This is indeed authentic Vietnamese. Loved the lunch service, amazing pho, & main dishes. The atmosphere is super zen & calm, even when busy! I would recommend for sure..!
Delicious pho soup(had the rare beef) & grilled beef bun( vegetable spring rolls that came with it was meh) tofu vermicelli pho from one of our members was very yummy. Sizes were smaller than what we are used to in Toronto but items here were more fragrant.
WOW this place is so delicious, I'm so sad that it's not in my hometown (Toronto). As a vegetarian, it's not easy to find Vietnamese places that have options for me. But almost every dish has a protein option of fried tofu. I got tofu vermicelli & by default the fried spring rolls that come with it are vegetarian. Everything was SO delicious, & everyone I was with also loved what they got (beef pho, grilled beef vermicelli). Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Montreal! Vibe of the place was very cool & modern, & waiters were nice as well.
I am a vegetarian, & I had the lunch special with the vegetarian option of tofu. The rolls were fine filled with cabbage as expected, & moderately flavorful, but the dish was tasteless. Whenever I eat somewhere that is not vegetarian oriented, the tofu in a dish is typically tasteless. I would not go back.
Je suis allé dîner chez vous, & c'était ma première fois, vraiment tout était délicieux, PS, J'étais assis près de la fenêtre, & j'ai constaté que vos plantes étaient sur le point de mourir de déshydratation, je me suis permis de les arroser, même sauver leur vie!😜😜😜

Like everything else prices when up & its ok. But getting a bánh mi that I can see parts with no meat. The portions really have changed. The rolls are still very good & the coffee is made with Café du monde( New Orleans legend)
