Baby vous amène dans un univers surprenant et chaleureux de 60 places assises. À la manière d’un cabinet de curiosité, vous aurez l’impression de vous retrouver dans l’appartement d’un artiste collectionneur ayant ramené plusieurs objets insolites et meubles de ses nombreux voyages. Le tapis omniprésent, les sofas de style Chesterfield, le bar en marbre blanc, des livres à profusion… chaque élément du décor a été soigneusement sélectionné afin de créer une ambiance comme nulle part ailleurs.
On y retrouve aussi un second bar plus petit qui accueille 12 personnes tout au plus, le Far West. Le décor est à l’image du nom avec quelques touches western dont des fers à cheval au mur, des bancs en cuir et en peau de vache et un beau plancher de bois.
Le Far West sera l’hôte de soirées uniques sur réservation seulement d’une durée d’une heure trente lors desquelles trois cocktails signature et quelques bouchées en accord vous seront servis à un prix fixe, taxes et service inclus.

Parmi les pires cocktails que j'ai bu. Nous avons choisi 5 cocktails signatures différents. La salle est très belle & le staff est très gentil & serviable! Mais n'y allez pas pour les cocktails qui étaient tout bonnement horribles. Une bière ou un gin tonic seront mieux.Voir plus

Loooooved this bar. William (the bouncer with face tattoos) is very gentle, friendly & respectful, we didn't have any problem whatsoever with him. Music was top. DJ Malka's energy was amazing & his set made us dance all night. Cocktails were a bit overpriced but strong! I am definitively coming back to this place.Voir plus

My favourite bar/club in Montreal. I fell in love with it the first time I stepped into this place. I love the decor & the overall chill atmosphere. I love the speakeasy vibe & the aesthetics of it. It smells like chinese herbs coming down the stairs, & there is a tiny bar with a bathroom next to it that's more for taking photos than for utility, & the main bar has a funky vibe that looks like your uncle's 80s basement (in a good way) -- with a poster of Jackie O, a cheetah poster, a butterfly exhibit, a statue of Walt Disney(?), cheetah print carpet on the floor & part of the wall, a few leather couches, a bunch of vinyl records, nice lamps, & a discreet bar. It's great because you can dance, but also take a break & sit on a couch & relax or chat with a friend. Most nights the DJs & the music are great -- especially on Fridays. That one disco music night where they played actual vinyl records was incredible & such a blast. This place is my best hidden secret, but it's gotten a bit more crowded recently because it's gotten more well known over the past few months. They don't advertise this place much, & rely on word of mouth for the most part (& I hope it stays that way). The drinks are good (they've got fancy cocktails) which are a bit pricey -- but I justify it because they're cocktails made with top-tier ingredients/alcohol & also because I love the vibe of this place. However, I am sad that their deconstructed pina colada has been taken off the menu, as well as not including the solid square ice cube to all of their drinks anymore, & the big dice cube menu seems to be missing as well when I went recently. Please never change, baby! You are a gem & a much needed & very welcome place in Montreal:) This place feels like home.Voir plus

Baby's atmosphere is charming & takes you back to an era of design & fascination. From the intricately crafted cocktails to the faux-doe walled carpets, it is the most charming speakeasy I have ever encountered. Each & every member of the team is so welcoming & a pleasure to interact with especially the doormen William & Charles (quite honestly could name-drop the list of every staff member). I continue to return to this establishment as it is more than a venue to merely drink, it is a vibrant social oyster in a warm sea of splendor.Voir plus

An absolutely exquisite secret bar in downtown near Atwater metro station… my friends & I actually looked around for about 5 minutes to be able to find this place! (we stumbled upon this place while searching for cocktail bars near Atwater on Google Maps).
It looks kind of like a maze when you get inside & you may not be sure you’re entering a bar until the very last minute when you see the bar counter!!!
The vibe was amazing & DJ was great. The staff are top notch here; extremely friendly & kind =) The sound system was of high quality & at a level which you could easily have a conversation & enjoy the music at the same time.
& the cocktails were of course one of a kind!!!
