Le Balthazar offers a lively and welcoming energy, with a bar scene that shines on weekends and a menu full of crowd favorites. The food is widely praised, from tartare and burgers to wings and comforting classics, and the beer and cocktail selection is excellent. The staff and service are consistently friendly and efficient, with a buzzy atmosphere perfect for friends, dates, or casual gatherings, and the venue also features live music and a pleasant terrace. While the music and crowds can be loud at times and service may slow a bit during peak hours, the overall experience remains positive and inviting.
Had a Happy hour supper with work. We were a group so had to choose from the group menu. I chose the tartare which was good. They have a big choice of beer & drinks. The only complaint was that the music was too loud. I know it is a Boomer comment, but I'm not one; it was really loud!
We've been waiting for our order over 30 minutes. The food was very salty. Nachos had almost no cheese, fries was over fried. I've ordered «surfers up » & the veggies had the weird after taste of the freezer. The steak was over cooked even thought we asked for a medium. Below average food.

J'ai demandé 2 bières sans alcool. Ils m'ont servis 2 bières bien normales. J'ai bien redemandé s'il y avait de l'alcool, on m'a dit que non. En plus, on me charge pour 2 bières normales. C'est vraiment frustrant quand tu veux absolument pas boire. Le guitariste était bon au moins.
Nancy & moi vient au balt tres souvent & Jenna nous donnes un service exceptionnel a chaque fois ! On adore etre dans sa section . Un vrai rayon de soleil :) merci Jenna !!! Voici une des raison qui fait que nous apprécions un endroit, le staff fait toute la différence !!!! Merci a toi Jenna ❤️❤️❤️

Super large resto, I ordered the bison burger which was a little to dry for me & the bread was a little stale for my taste. I tried my son's chicken sandwich which was excellent.
Attente avant d'être placés, malgré les tables libérées... Attente interminable avant de recevoir nos assiettes. 1h30 plus tard, nous sommes partis sans avoir mangé. Service courtois malgré la situation hors de leur contrôle, le problème était clairement dans la cuisine. Une mauvaise soirée!
