Très bruyant ,la serveuse avait beaucoup trop de table à s'occuper (très bonne )mon mari a pris un hamburger au poulet croustillant mais le croustillant était trop cuit !très bon cocktail !
Place super bonne bouffe les bierres & cocktails sont bon & j'ai eu un bon service de la par de kiran. J'ai pris un taco portobello extra poulet & c'était très bon.
Excellent food. Try the Rack & Mac (mac & cheese with bbq pork ribs in a skillet & the' birra colada' - seasonal cocktail.
The staff is friendly, but the service a little slow.
The atmosphere is good. There are seats at the bar & a big patio area.
Tuesdays are karaoke nights.
First time we try a Baltazar. Honestly, we were a bit disappointed overall. There's nothing to say about the atmosphere. The terrasse is wonderful. Regarding the waiter, there is nothing to say he was a five star. Unfortunately, the wait time for the food was very long. We got our drinks very quickly, the appetizers as well it was acceptable for the wait time about 15-20 minutes, but for the main plates approximately one hour from when we gave the order. The food overall was acceptable definitely not something with a wow effect. We ordered the spinach dip, which wasn't even warm when it got to the table so the cheese on top was very hard. For the calamari, there is nothing to say, except that the amount of sauce they put for it is definitely not enough. For the main plates, we ordered a trio tartare, which was very good! We ordered two types of burgers, which both were acceptable, but one of them came with sauce & the other one did not come with sauce on the side for the fries. Truly, we don't understand why not all plates of burgers come with sauce for the fries we have been charged for the extra sauce. We also got the ribs, which were very tasty & big for one rack, but the coleslaw salad was not edible at all. Lastly, we ordered half a poutine, which is the balt poutine. Apparently, it's made with garlic, which ruins the whole taste of it. It was one of the worst poutine we've ever had. We paid around 300$ plus tip for four people for all the plates mentioned above plus 4 cocktails, a coffee & a juice which were great. Compare to the competition around, they are definitely the last on our list in the faubourg. We had our first experience & I'm pretty sure it's our last, we won't be going back. Paying a large amount is fine if the food is amazing, which was not the case for this pub resto.
J'ai choisi le Balthazar de Boisbriand pour célébrer mes 30 ans avec mon conjoint. Je suis enceinte de 30 semaines, alors je voulais une soirée agréable, sans tracas.
L'hôtesse a été super attentionnée & accueillante - vraiment un beau début. Malheureusement, tout s'est dégradé par la suite.
Nous nous sommes assis vers 21h, & avons attendu 35 minutes avant qu'un serveur se présente. Pas de présentation, pas de bonsoir, même pas un regard - juste un'Allô, je vous amène des menus'.
Notre entrée est arrivée avant les cocktails, sans assiettes ni ustensiles. Quand on lui a mentionné, il a simplement soupiré en repartant. Le suivi tout au long du repas était pratiquement inexistant. On a dû rappeler un changement d'accompagnement, qui n'a pas été respecté. & malgré qu'il ait vu la situation, il ne nous a jamais adressé un mot.
On a terminé la soirée sans dessert tellement j'étais déçue. Mon conjoint a même dû courir après lui pour avoir la facture… qu'il nous a laissée sans même un merci ou un au revoir.
C'était ma première & dernière visite à cette succursale. Très décevant pour une occasion aussi spéciale.

Bouffe correct - sangria trop sucré la recette est a revoir! J'ai aussi commandé un drink - j'avais demandé Wisky sour qui porte un autre nom sur le menu & j'ai recu un long island pas buvable..encore la trop sucré. En gros ce n'est pas le meilleur spot pour les cocktail malgré la longue liste!
Le DJ est bon & j'ai bien aimé le chanteur live d'hier (samedi 5 avril)
Le service était excellent. Le fromage de la poutine n'était pas du fromage en grain traditionnel, certains morceaux ont même été laissé dans l'assiette de mon ami. Leur spécialité semble être la viande, car cela était bon pour ceux qui en avait commandé. Au niveau des options végétarienne, il faut repenser à notre choix longuement. Les nachos était bon, très de base, ce que je pourrais aisément faire à la maison & qui ne me coûterait pas 19$. Le tartare de saumon poké était vraiment diffcile à manger. Je me suis réellement forcée pour le terminer parce que j'avais faim. Il était très acide & salée & ne goûtait pas frais du tout, une grande déception. Le cocktail green butterfly était toutefois incroyable. La musique dans les hauts parleur, comme partout de nos jours était très forte, mais nous avons apprécié la présence du groupe live. Je recommande pour des mangeurs de viande qui aiment faire la fête & qu'une conversation audible intéresse peu.

Nous étions un groupe de 22 & nous avons adoré!!! Qualité & portion parfaites. J'ai pas une photo du mac & cheese avec côtes, mais très très bon aussi! Les cocktails sont excellentes. & une vaste choix de bières.
Service un peu lent, mais ça peut se comprendre avec l'achalandage qu'il y avait (vendredi soir). La nourriture était très très bonne! Belle liste de cocktails aussi. Beau décor, ambiance feutrée, musique un peu forte pour permettre des discussions agréables entre les convives, mais somme toute une très belle expérience. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!
Had an amazing experience at Baltazar Restaurant! The food was fantastic-every dish was full of flavor & beautifully presented. The drinks were equally impressive, with a great selection of cocktails. A special shoutout to the staff at the bar-they were professional, friendly, & made the evening even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, drinks, & excellent service. Added photo: Bison Burger & Chicken Brie are so good
Nice place, live band was great, sound was nice. Not sure why people complain, if you want it to be quiet stay home 🤣. Drinks are decent price although i didnt like mine, was a passion fruit cocktail (maybe just not my style) The person bringing food seemed very stressed. Dropped one order of fries on the floor & spilled some fries of the second order on the table. Funny but hopefully hes new hehe.

Le tartare était super bon, les cocktails & les sangrias aussi! J'ai tout adoré à ce niveau! L'ambiance était super festive aussi, avec des bands live le week-end!
Souper samedi soir au bar avec Nancy super service cocktail incroyable & la bavette wow 🤩 Je recommande !! Demandez avec Nancy vous serez pas déçu 😉 Vous allez passer une belle soirée 👌
