Apart from the food being 10/10, it was the most hospitable dining experience I've ever had. John is a great guy with great stories & he sure knows his way around some good southern style bbq. If your from Montreal or anywhere else, make it a point to come here, you won't be disappointed.Voir plus

Wonderful to chuck down warm meat during the cold winter, then washing down with beers or whisky. Had a mix platter that came with 3 sides which are pretty decent but the meat are the highlights. Flavourful, tenderness, juicy meat with sauce. Smoked brisket & ribs are fabulously cooked. Melting away from each other as you pull them with your fingers. I reserved a table for 6 at Lattuca BBQ & I was so happy & looking forward to go & eat this supposly very good Pitmaster. So dissatisfied it's not even close to what I hate or tried in other smokehouse or BBQ joint. The pulled pork was full of fat. The pork ribs there was one little piece as you can see in the pictures. The brisket was good but portion were very small. The best piece of meat was the beef rib that's why I gave it 2*. Sides were limited to 3 choices. Baked beens coleslaw & very little portion of mac n cheese. No fries & nothing else. I found it pricy on top of it all. I had heard some good things about the place. But the end result was very deceiving. I would think twice if I would of known this before. Don't waste your money go somewhere else. BtW the menu you see on the website is not updated / not good anymore (does not update the menu) & no menus at the restaurant either. PS owner M.Lattuca had no carisma unfriendly & lacking interpersonal skills. I've seen owners make you feel very welcomed in their restaurant, but this guy, needs to work on his skills set in all areas!!!! Happy Birthday to meVoir plus

Great BBQ!! The beef ribs are bigger than you'll find at just about any BBQ joint! The pulled pork, pork ribs & brisket is great too! Don't forget to order the mac & cheese! All the food is good that I made a point to come back a 2nd time while I'm over here from Minnesota! It's a good idea to make a reservation earlier in the day so they know you're comingVoir plus

I just ate there for the 2nd time this week. I am only in town for business for one week. I travel all over Canada & the US. I have ate BBQ in some of the best places that are known for great BBQ. From North Carolina to Texas & all between. I have to say that I have just ate at the BEST BBQ restaurant that there is by far. Oh & BTW.... the Mac & Chees is out of this world !!! J'ai trouvé que les portions étaient plus petites qu'avant, est-ce possible? Nous étions 4 (2 adultes & 2 enfants) & nos assiettes étaient complètement vides. J'en aurais pris plus, quitte à payer plus cher.
J'aurais pris un 3e drink, mais la serveuse ne l'a jamais offert.
La viande était exquise, comme d'habitude.

Le brisket & le pulled pork sont tellement bons. (Nous n'avons pas essayé le reste pour le moment). Service sympa & détendu. Bon , mon envie de frites un peu déçue mais les accompagnements proposés sont délicieux. Une bonne adresse pour une soirée avec un bon repas mais sans prétention.Voir plus

Visiting Montreal from Australia & was craving some American BBQ. Lattuca did not disappoint. Decent servings of meat with multiple options. Side options included Coleslaw, smoked beans plus Mac n cheese. Worth the visit! Beers are cold, plenty of other drink options. Thanks for the great hospitality.Voir plus
