I rang in advance to ask if they had any pistachio crossiants as I had seen a photo a while back & I never thought I would see a gluten free pistachio crossiant! She made sure two were ready to collect. I ate one right there & it was just amazing!! Thank you so so much!!

We brought my 15 year old niece to Canada for the first time. She is gluten & dairy free. We read reviews & researched places for her to try croissants. We tried other places but this was the best by far!!! The croissants were flaky, tasted buttery & had excellent flavor! We tried the chocolate croissant, cinnamon roll & plain croissant. We all loved them so much! The staff were very kind & helpful! The desserts looked incredible & we only wished we had more room in our stomachs to try them too!

I almost wept with joy when I ate their raspberry danish. I didn't think I would ever be able to have one again. It was excellent. Not just for a gluten free danish, but for a danish period. Flakey crust, beautiful filling. It's been years! Thank you all!

Go here! This is the absolute best gluten free bakery that I have ever been to. The croissants are amazing, somehow crispy, chewy & flaky all at once. My husband is not gluten free & he says it was one of the best he had ever had too

Out of this world gluten free & dairy free treats & breads!! I would drive the 6 hours from my house just for the danish. I got 12 pastries & all of them were delicious.

This is by far the best gluten free bakery in Canada. 😁 Everything is gluten & dairy free, & no other things that bother my tummy, so it's super safe. & TASTY!!! Noone even knows it's gluten free. The pistachio tarts are out of this world, & even before I knew I had celiac, I didn't eat pastries, but I do now! 😂 It's also very low key, quick service, easy parking, easy-going staff, very reasonably priced, & just no-nonsense. Just yummy, safe treats!! So grateful to all who makes this all possible!! 😊

J'ai fait une commande. Livraison rapide . Tous les produits étaient là. Ce à quoi je ne m'attendais pas c'est la qualité...le goût merveilleux d'une viennoiserie que je ne pouvais plus manger depuis des décennies !!!!!!! Quel plaisir 🤗🤗 OUI OUI OUI !!!!! SANS HÉSITATION CET ENDROIT EST EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!!!!

Worth the trip! I was a little worried about everything being dairy free ( I usually don't avoid dairy), but the croissant was still so flaky & buttery. Good service , although heads up it's cash only under $20 (though I'm sure you'll find enough to go over that limit)

Très agréablement surprise, mon garçon est intolérant au lactose & malheureusement il n'y a pas beaucoup de produits transformés pour eux. En plus la boulangerie offre tout leurs produits sans gluten. J'étais celtique mais wow, je vais y retourner. Leurs recettes sont vraiment extraordinaire. Très belle découverte

L'Artisan un coin de paradis pour les gens comme moi qui ne peuvent manger des produits laitiers & du gluten autrement ils sont très malade. Moi qui suis de nature difficile avec mes gâteaux & viennoiseries là je suis gâter! Les gâteau c'est du bonheur en bouche! Les viennoiseries un vrai régal. Mes enfants & mon conjoint ont dit wow ta nourriture est bonne finalement lol Moi j'étais comme une petite fille dans un magasin de bonbon!!!. Les madeleines, les brioches, le chausson aux pommes. Il y a aussi des produits congeler comme là pâte à tarte & à egg roll. Ils font la livraison. Aller voir leur site.

Je ne peux m'empêcher d'écrire un avis aujourd'hui, suite à la dégustation du gâteau d anniversaire de ma fille qui avait choisit mille feuille en gros format!!!!!! Quel délice!!! Tout le monde c'est régalé & a été surpris car il n avait rien à envier à la pâtisserie traditionnelle, un pur régal Un grand merci❤️
