Great late night food spot. Came in very late several nights in a row & got sandwiches, the chicken parmo, the awesome mix, & the smashed beef i think. All really good & pretty quick. Served on nice rolls with a perfect toasting.View more

Lali's is a small casual hole in the wall offering flavorful loaded sandwiches at a reasonable price.
The baguette-style bread is crispy & light, making it the perfect vehicle for a cheesy, saucy, & moist filling.
The buffalo chicken melt is excellent, not too spicy & filled with big chunks of juicy chicken. The chopped cheese is also good & the integration of cheese through the chopped beef kept it moist.
The chili bean loaded fries was a wonderful surprise & may be the highlight of our meal. The chili is packed with flavor & slow cooked until the beef is crumbly
All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Lali's & will be coming back to try their other sandwiches.View more

It's a small sandwich place but highly recommended! Their sandwiches are stuffed with generous amount of meat. Depending how hungry you are, you can't finish it all at once & I'd recommend splitting itView more

I'm giving this place a 5/5 because their sandwiches are downright amazing. I had a chicken mango & tandoori sandwich & I was actually in heaven when I took that first bite. Amosphere gives off "hole in the wall" vibes yet modern at the same time. Also, great location. Would recommend 👍View more

GREATEST sandwich I've ever eaten 👌🏻🩷. You absolutely have to try the "Awesome mix" sandwich. They should have a bigger patio to eat outside but apart from that, everything was perfect. Both our sandwiches were delicious.View more

This is a sick little fast food joint. They over hot & cold sandwiches, hot dogs with different toppings, loaded fries. The place is tiny but their food compensates for it. I got the chili dog & it was a BIG portion.View more

Discovered this small family-owned place serving sandwiches & pizza a couple of months ago & I've gone back several times since. Everything I've tried so far was great & the portions were very generous for the price. The hot dogs are huge & have to be the equivalent of ~3 regular steamies, & the other sandwiches are about as big. You can get an 8 or 10-inch pizza. Many vegetarian options too. It's definitely a hidden gem (...in plain sight, on Crescent). Highly recommended!
(P.S. If I may suggest one thing, to be a true Chicago hot dog, it should come with pickles & hot peppers instead of cucumbers, but their version is good too!)
