We were there for the first time (although we had been to the one in Laval a number of years ago, comparison to come) Sept 18 for our anniversary supper. We were seated in a very private booth which was quiet & the perfect spot for us. Service by our waiter, Francis, was beyond excellent. A wine bucket filled with ice was provided by the busboy right away. We ordered the crab cakes for two as our appetizer. The waiter asked us if we wanted any bread & brought it out as well. The crab cakes were mediocre, I felt that there was too much filler & the spicy mayo on top overpowers any taste of crab, really. They weren't very crispy either. My husband ordered the surf & turf plate which consists of a filet mignon steak grilled to your taste, grilled shrimp & a lobster tail. All served with veggies. I ordered the mussels gorgonzola which are served with a side of fries. Sadly, the steak, although cooked to the correct doneness, was tough & stringy; barely able to cut through. The shrimp were overcooked so they were dry. The mussels were very good, & there were pieces of cooked sausage sprinkled throughout the sauce. The fries were good but I was stuffed, as the mussels portion is generous. When Francis asked my husband what he thought of the steak, he was told that it wasn't nice. He offered to bring another one, but by that point my husband had had enough. Francis brought this to the owners' attention, both Francis & the owner had a go at cutting the meat & they both agreed that it wasn't a nice cut of meat. We were offered either a free dessert for each of us, or a lamb shank to take home. I thought the lamb shank offer was a bit weird (was someone mistaken & an extra lamb shank was prepared in the kitchen or something?!) so we accepted the desserts. My husband had the cheesecake with apple & a graham crust, & I had the crème brulée. Both were superb, & turned out to be the best part of the meal. So overall, the food was OK, the surf & turf is overpriced (at least in our case, it was), desserts & service good. I felt that we should have been discounted the price of the surf & turf. I would go back, it's closeby, but will steer clear of their beef & lobster. The one in Laval was like a zoo when we were there all those years ago, I don't know what it's like now, but I remember that there was nothing memorable about the whole experience. Thank you to Francis for trying to make things better.

Le resto était vide, mais la serveuse était super gentille & attentionnée. Bonne bouffe(steak frites)

Dimanche soir. Un service digne de mention. La nourriture excellente. Trois de nous avons pris le steak accompagné des trois crevettes (géantes). La cuisson était parfaite. Autant la viande que les crevettes. La quatrième a commandé la poutine au poulet. Elle était énorme. tout comme nos assiettes d'ailleurs. & au dire de celle-ci, la meilleure, avec sa sauce'spéciale' & ses ingrédients hors du commun. Quant à nos plats, ils étaient accompagnés de légumes'frais', grillés & d'un riz délicieux. Le restaurant était plein, c'était soir de spectacle, mais aussi d'événements spéciaux. Malgré cela, nous sommes sortis en temps.
Bref, belle découverte d'un apportez votre vin.

J'ai acheter une assiette d'entre côte de boeuf mon steak était vraiment mastic malheureusement je peux concevoir cette tipe de repas pour un prix de 55$ le steak bref service très bien nourriture ordinaire !!!!

J'étais un peu inquiète à cause de certaines critiques, mais j'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité de la nourriture. Pour le prix, la viande était parfaitement cuite à point, medium-saignante, exactement comme je l'aime. Les pâtes carbonara étaient également délicieuses, avec une sauce crémeuse & bien assaisonnée. J'ai déjà visité de meilleurs steakhouse ou restaurants spécialisés dans la viande, mais les prix étaient le double. Pour le rapport qualité-prix, ce restaurant est vraiment excellent. De plus, la serveuse était très gentille & souriante, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Mauvais plat (commandé poulet Parmigiana recu Veau Parmigiana), ensuite Steak commandé Medium reçu calciné, longue attente pour la facture.

Souper lors d'un spectacle de Lise Dion ! Bon service malgré le fait qu'il courrait comme un fou ! La nourriture était ok mais pas de WoW ! Steak non gouteux & sec ! La mini sauce aux poivres à aide

Service plus qu'ordinaire, on venait d'arriver que le serveur nous rushait pour qu'on parte au plus vite. La cuisson des steaks de tout ceux qui l'ont pris dans notre groupe n'était pas correcte. Pour une cuisson « médium saignant », le steak était presque bleu. Le serveur nous arrive avec le plateau de dessert mais précise que dans leur restaurant, il n'offre pas le dessert à une personne fêtée. Bref, nous n'y retournerons pas , trop décevant pour le prix.

Queue de homard facile à manger, cuisson du steak impeccable, sauce à salade Ceasar Généreuse!
