Went with husband & our kid to watch England - Switzerland game on Saturday July 6. Needless to say that I was hesitent to go after reading the reviews but I got pleasantly surprised when we got there. Service was excellent, we got our drinks maybe 3 minutes after ordering & our food arrived 15 minutes later. I got chicken wings, husband got breakfast & our picky eater got cheese pizza from the kids menu. Everything was good. For my wings they only had bbq sauce but I mixed it with frank red hot & it was good. It's a sports bar after all, not a fine dining restaurant so in my opinion the food was very good. Very happy to have this place to watch sports in ile perrot.
It is a fun place to go to watch sports & drink beer with all the TVs. That being said, food quality & service has always been an issue with that franchise & that location is no different. We went there for a comedy show, ordered burgers 20 minutes before the start & waited until the last set of the show to get our plates. The food was tasteless, with no sauce in the burgers & no dressing on the salad either. I am in no way difficult with my food, but charging 20$ for this is highway robbery. The only thing that saved the night was the fact that they didn't charge us for the food being served so late. We will come back for the comedy show, but we are definitely not ordering food again.
Food arrived 2 hours later. Even drinks come 30 minutes after ordering. Food has an absolutely unacceptable quality as meat is dry, bacon size of a finger, salad comes without dressing, rice tasteless, & we had to ask souses (ketchup, mayo, etc) & then for stencils.
My buddies are I dine in about once every other month or so. The waitresses are super friendly & give us great service. As for the food, it was very disappointing. The chicken was super dry & the salad looked like it was sitting on the plate long before the meat was cooked. Too bad, it's a cool place to hang out, have a few beers & eat. They need to focus on the kitchen or stop providing the food service,. If it doesn't improve, we'll go elsewhere for sure.
Drinks were watered down, Nachos were burnt & the bartender at the bar was rude & just unfriendly - I asked the server for a drink & she went to the bartender who basically rolled her eyes, calling across the bar "As-tu payer pour ça?"! Drinks were way over priced for what we got. Brooke was sweet but seemed very overwhelmed! None of the staff seemed to enjoy working there. No one was smiling. Didn't seem like my business mattered!
This place is great & the manager is always present, making sure everyone is satisfied, he goes to all the tables. Very professional. Good prices include a draft beer.
service horible ca a pris 30 minutes seulement pour nous faire servire 3 bières & 1 verre de vin.deux des sous-marins n'avait ni peperoni ni fromage (spécial station) la troisième assiette n'était meme pas ce qu'on a commandé!!!!.personne nous a offert un café,un thé,un déssert.c'est triste on vient de démenager a l'ile perrot & c'était notre première visite.pas sûr qu'on vas retourner ou le recommander!
