Magalie was a fantastic waitress. Frequently visiting at the perfect time. Not too overbearing & listened to our requests & executed perfectly. I'll be back for sure.
If you plan on going for food as a large group…don't. We waited 2+ hours for our food. The restaurant was almost full due to a sporting event, but they didn't have enough staff. They were quick on bringing beers, but we will never go back for food.
We went for a birthday party on their second floor. There was 40 to 50 people & there was only 2 waitresses & 1 was either to new or just not very good.
First, we got there at 7pm, by 8:30, nobody had asked our table if we wanted anything, then, we were getting very hungry & when we asked if we could order our meal, she said no, you can only order drinks or appetizers (which we didn't want), yet, 10 minutes later, people at the table of the other waitress were getting actual meals. &, from beginning to end, we had to flag down the waitress if we wanted to get anything, she never came on her own. The food was honestly not great, not very hot either, & we waited so long to be able to order, then we were the last to be served & other tables of our group were already finished eating.
I don't know about the experience downstairs for regular customers, but for a party, they are definitely not very good at it, at least, not for this one.
Had a great time watching the hockey game last night, served by Daylen. Hard to find good service these days but she was very good, super friendly & welcoming! Helpful staff & a positive community. You can tell the owners clearly put a lot of effort into hiring the right staff & keeping things organized. Highly recommend.
Some of my colleagues from work & I came by for a Friday night dinner & a lovely young woman named Magalie took care of us & we had a great time. Food was fresh & made quickly & always brought to us with a smile
Repas froid & sans goût. On commande des entrées, ils sont arrivés en même temps que les assiettes principales. Très cher pour la qualité du repas. Réservation pour 25 personnes & 1 serveuse. Certains avaient terminés & d'autres avaient pas commencé. Désorganisé complètement.

Décision de dernière minute pour fêter mon anniversaire. J'avais besoin d'un espace pour 45 invités, trois jours seulement avant la date. Ils m'ont donné la salle & m'ont vraiment facilité la tâche. Le soir même de ma fête, ils avaient une autre fête de 55 personnes & avaient aussi la soirée match des Canadiens. FULL HOUSE! Ils ont réussi à nous assigner une seule serveuse, & elle a travaillé très dur ce soir-là, chapeau ! MERCI, you guys are great!
Soir de match le resto n'était pas plein mais le service était lent. J'ai pris l'assiette de crevettes papillon & rien n'avait de goût tout était fade & le burger de poisson même chose pas de goût. Par contre les ailes de poulet sont bonne mais pas de sauce. Pour 147$ je suis déçue

Its not a bad spot... But seriously the fruit flies are a problem... Its relentless & truly needs to be delt with... Its annoying & makes me wonder of the sanitary conditions of this place.

Le proprio ne fait travailler qu'une seule serveuse alors ,elle ne peut pas tout faire ,mais il n'y avait que très peu de client à l'intérieur

Le service aux tables était très mauvais, en plus d'avoir eu des erreurs & oublis dans les commandes & dans la facturation
L'endroit était presque vide un samedi soir & c'est probablement dû aus problèmes mentionnés plus haut.
Déçu dernièrement! Soupe à l'oignon avec fromage en tranche à la place de fromage à gratiné habituel. Pas d'assiette à escargots, servie dans un bol à soupe. La serveuse dit qu'il en reste que 3 à la disposition.
J'aimais ambiance avant covid. Maintenant pas de service directement au bar, elle fait le service au table à la place de s'occuper que du bar. Je continue d'y aller car j'ai beaucoup d'affection pour le personnel. Mais le service cuisine à baissé son niveau. Je connais la filiale depuis de longue années. J'aimerais que le niveau redevienne comme à l'ouverture. Car servir des shot dans des verres de plastique, ça laisse aussi à désirer!!!
