Absolutely loved my experience at La Spada! The food was authentic & full of flavour - every dish tasted freshly made with high-quality ingredients. The ambiance is warm, inviting, & perfect for a cozy dinner or special occasion. The highlight of the evening was definitely the tiramisu - hands down the best I've ever had! Light, creamy, & perfectly balanced. Highly recommend La Spada for anyone looking for genuine Italian cuisine & a relaxing atmosphere.
La Spada is a fantastic new addition to the dining scene. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere & welcoming staff make you feel right at home. The owner Scott & waiters (especially Liam) are attentive & quick, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
The food is simply exceptional. As someone who usually skips salads, I was surprised to find myself finishing the caesar salad, which was fresh & flavorful. The veal was the juiciest I've ever tasted - cooked to perfection. The pasta with mussels (forgot the French name) was also a standout, offering a perfect mix of quality ingredients & mouth watering flavours.
La Spada is a must visit for anyone looking for an authentic & enjoyable Italian dining experience. I can't wait to return next time I'm in Montreal.

Honestly, my experience was outstanding. The food was excellent , the duck pasta is absolutely incredible. The service was warm yet professional, & Louana, our waitress, was amazing from start to finish. The manager even came by to share a great story about the Pizzaiolo steak, which made the experience feel even more personal. Overall, a fantastic night .I'll definitely be back very soon.
Franchement, super resto ! Service excellent, le staff est tellement gentil & attentionné. La bouffe est trop bonne & super fraîche. Ambiance hyper chaleureuse, on s'y sent bien direct. Je recommande à 100 %!!
I absolutely loved La Spada. I had an amazing dining experience at this charming Italian restaurant. The service was top-notch, the ambiance was warm & inviting, & the food was spectacular. The scallop crudo was incredible, & the ravioli was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend
Good vibe & food but more importantly excellent service!! Our waiter Frank was amazing he curated a menu for the four of us everyone was full by the end of the night & we got to try most of the items on the menu for a reasonable price. This guy reallyyy needs a raise!!! I would go back just to be served by him

The overall experience was average. The Caesar salad was very basic & didn't stand out, especially for the price we paid. The pasta ragu was relatively good, but the lamb chops were disappointing - not what I expected in terms of flavor or tenderness as compared to other italian restaurants.
Service started off quite slow, though it improved as the meal went on. To their credit, the manager came over personally to address my dissatisfaction, which I appreciated. They even offered a complimentary dessert, which was a nice gesture & showed good customer care.
Overall, decent service but the food quality didn't quite justify the price.
What a delightful culinary experience. Exceptional service with impeccable attention to detail. Very authentic, reminiscent of my travels to Rome. The hostess greeted us with a smile & sent us home with a complimentary umbrella! Aguri!

Top-quality Italian restaurant. High prices, consistent offerings, friendly service, & a sophisticated atmosphere. The food is well-seasoned, the beers are reasonably priced, & the desserts are well-executed. They have the closest pesto to the traditional Italian flavor in Montreal.
Food & service were amazing!
I was recommended this place by a friend & it did not disappoint. The only thing I'd like to point out that the beef tartare was a bit sour to my liking but other than that the pastas we ordered was spot on, the garlic potatoes was good & the Caesar salad was great.
La spada hosted my Babyshower & DELIVERED! It was everything I wanted & more. Food & staff were fantastic, planning was pretty seamless, & they super flexible with their solutions/our demands. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Came from Toronto twice. Amazing food!! The atmosphere is so classy. They also have valet service which is very helpful especially in that area in Montreal. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The food was good, the vibe was fun. However the pacing of the meal was unfortunate - we waited a while for our order to be taken & for our drinks to come, then as soon as we ordered they brought the appetizer & the meal at the same time. Luckily the food was yummy. The place is very loud & the music is a bit cliché but the overall vibe is lovely & fun.
Our night was ruined by awful service from start to finish. We got appetizers before our drinks even arrived, which was just the beginning of a frustrating evening. The waitress started off okay but quickly became rude & inattentive. She interrupted our conversation abruptly, demanding to know if we wanted one bill or three-what if we wanted another drink? No consideration at all.
To make things worse, with only three tables left in the entire restaurant, the'manager' had the nerve to come over & bluntly tell us they were closing. No apology, no effort to acknowledge that it was my friend's birthday-just pure disrespect & zero class.
The food was nothing special, & the whole experience felt rushed & dismissive. I'm done with this place. There are plenty of restaurants that actually know how to treat customers.
I just wish the portions for some of the plates we're bigger, like add some sides of carrots or give us free bread or something... I hate paying a bill of pver 150$ for 2 & leaving hungry.
