The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely passionate about the menu, offering great recommendations tailored to my preferences. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was a perfect balance of flavor, presentation, & authenticity. The fresh, house-made pasta was the highlight-cooked to perfection with rich, flavorful sauces that transported me straight to Italy. Their wine selection was equally impressive, with options that paired beautifully with every course. What truly sets La Spada apart is the attention to detail. From the quality of the ingredients to the beautifully plated desserts, everything exudes care & excellence. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a great meal, La Spada is the place to go. I can't wait to return & explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!
La Spada offers fantastic Italian food in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The Gnocchi & seafood dishes were exceptional, & the service was friendly & attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience!

I had an incredible dining experience at La Spada! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing-every dish was full of flavor & expertly prepared. The atmosphere & vibe of the restaurant made for a truly enjoyable evening, with a perfect balance of elegance & comfort. The service was top-notch, with friendly & attentive staff who made sure every detail was perfect. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, & I can't wait to return. Highly recommend

When we lived in NDG, Amerigo was our go-to spot. After moving just a few streets away from La Spada, we had to give it a try, & it did not disappoint! The food & drinks are fantastic, & the staff is awesome. Good food & vibes, highly recommend!
Spada is a wonderful new Italian restaurant with a beautifully designed decor & a warm, inviting ambiance. The staff were very nice & accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our meal. Highly recommend!
We went to La Spada for my daughter's birthday-she's a big fan of Italian cuisine. I didn't have any particular expectations going in, but we had an amazing experience. The food was outstanding-the best pasta I've ever had, especially the squash ravioli with sage butter, which was even better than in Italy! The Bresaola, octopus, braised beef pappardelle, Focaccia, & dessert were all divine. One of the owners, Scott, even took the time to come & greet us. The service was impeccable yet unpretentious, & the atmosphere was fantastic, even on a rainy Tuesday night. I highly recommend it! We didn't get to try the tortellini in broth, so we'll definitely have to go back. ;)
Amazing new restaurant in St Henri! We went with a big group a couple nights after opening & were blown away by the food, the vibe & the service. Highly recommend the veal chops, the raviolis!
