Excellent experience at La Soupière Malatang. While the pay-by-weight concept can add up, the portions are generous enough for more than one meal, which balances the value.

The ingredients were fresh, the flavors rich, & the broth especially satisfying. Naomi's service truly elevated the visit-attentive, warm, & thoughtful throughout, even offering a complimentary ice cream & carefully packing my takeaway.

Consistently impressive-always worth returning.

Very good, love the concept. My personal favorite was by far the Tom yum, but everything else was really good too. Fun experience, can't wait to go back!

The service is very good & the food. For reference, I mainly took seafood & meat + noodle & the price is acceptable(~25$). The atmosphere is pretty nice.

The waitresses weren't very friendly & took a long time to serve us: a friend of mine asked for a fork instead of chopsticks, & the soup went from hot to lukewarm. They should offer a wider selection of noodles. The broth is excellent, & the ingredients (especially the seafood) are very fresh.

A great twist on a familiar concept. Call it hot pot, or soup noodle, it is a fun new spot & deserves to be highly rated. The establishment is clean, many choices for your personal bowl, great drinks & nice touch with the ice cream. Service is really fantastic & friendly. Expect to pay a small premium but, given you get exactly what you want, it is worth it.
