This was an incredibly nice experience & I cannot express how happy I was to find this place.

It's not a far walk from the Guy-Concordia metro & the entire dining experience is very straight forward. I love their little promotions & the fact that they have an ice cream machine! After you're done your meal, you can ask the servers for a cup of ice cream which is honestly the cherry on top.

The atmosphere is very relaxed, the food is clean & super fresh, the staff is welcoming & the place is very clean. I'm unfortunately used to Malatang places being dirty & food usually swarming with flies or just looking like it's about to go bad. La Soupière actually cares about the quality & freshness of their products. Please don't change!

Food is priced acceptably & if you're Asian & tolerant to spice, definitely ask (if possible) for a spicier malatang lol.

I'd definitely recommend this place & I'm hoping to come back soon. This review is written with appreciation & love from the bottom of my heart lmao.

I eat halal so sometimes it's harder for restaurants to accommodate, but Viviane was super knowledgeable about it & offered me all the options available & was transparent about all the ingredients, she was so sweet & patient & the soup came out super good!!I got the tomato soup it's so flavourful despite being water based & the ingredients are super fresh!!! I would definitely recommend.☺?☺?

Went with my cousins & it's perfect for the cozy evening! Great selection of soup & food selection, the waitress Viviane was so helpful & knowledgeable about the menu which helped us a lot! Would definitely come back!

you pick your meats/seafood/veggies whatever you like,then pick your soup base. So your flavour is your choice. Great selection, will come back for sure

Stumbled upon this place by surprise & stayed for the amazing service! The soup was super good & the concept is so fun, great variety of ingredients & you can choose your own stuff, Viviane was super sweet, would recommend!

Quelle belle découverte sur la rue Sainte-Catherine! Le concept de choisir soi-même ses ingrédients dans les bols en métal est vraiment amusant & permet de personnaliser son repas selon nos envies du moment.

Tout était délicieux. La soupe était savoureuse & les nouilles étaient parfaitement cuites. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur des champignons & des légumes dans mon bol. C'est une excellente adresse pour un repas réconfortant. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

I tried both the malatang & extra spicy malatang. The regular was less spicier than I expected & the extra spicy wasn't that spicy either.
Even though I love spicy food & is addicted to it, the regular malatang tastes better because it has just enough spice to not be bland & you can still taste the base soup which is tasty. I think the extra spice ruins the taste of the base so you should at least try the regular one once before getting the extra spicy one. But if you really want spicy malatang, you should get extra extra spicy! 😊😊

Very good soup, excellent service. Ice-cream machine is not working but they made sure to a complimentary canned drink. Love it.

Première expérience pour moi dans un resto semblable. J'adore le concept, chaque soupe est unique & délicieuse. Il y a un vaste choix d'ingrédients, c'est frais & délicieux! C'est plutôt abordable (les ingrédients sont au poids) ça m'a couté 25$ & j'avais beaucoup de fruits de mer & de légumes dans ma
Soupe. Le bar à sauce est un très bon complément! J'ai adoré !
