Food was really good, however the service was not great. The waitress seemed more interested on her phone than the customers, I had to ask for water & bread as it was never offered to us.

Visite très décevante, d'abord en raison du service qui a été extrêmement problématique. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant qu'une personne prenne notre commande, puis une autre heure avant que nos entrées nous soient servies. Les personnes ayant réservé pour le deuxième service se sont mises à arriver tandis que nous n'avions pas même reçu notre plat principal! D'ailleurs, chaque employé qui a interagit avec nous semblait exaspéré. Nous avons du accrocher des serveurs & serveuses à plusieurs reprises pour passer notre commande, s'assurer que nous n'avons pas été oubliés, demander que l'on nous serve de l'eau, etc. Nous avons souligné que le service était d'une lenteur assez incroyable, mais n'avons eu droit à aucune excuse ni explication. Manquait-il un employé sur le plancher ce soir là? Fort probablement - mais une meilleure attitude des serveurs & un peu de transparence auraient permis que nous passions une meilleure soirée. Ensuite, en ce qui concerne la qualité de la nourriture, disons qu'elle était extrêmement décevante en regard des prix demandés. Plats plus ou moins goûteux, sans originalité, exécution correcte. Ce n'était pas mauvais du tout, mais il y a tellement d'AVV où les plats frôlent la perfection à tous les points de vue & pour un meilleur prix que je m'explique mal pourquoi je choisirais de retourner à la prunelle... Mon expérience a été tellement mauvaise que je ne considère certainement pas de lui donner une deuxième chance.
