Un excellent restaurant AVV offrant un menu à la qualité hors du commun. Belle ambiance quoiqu'un peu bruyant. Nous étions un groupe de sept personnes à l'occasion du quatre-vingtième anniversaire de ma mère & le menu dégustation a été choisi par tous & fut unanimement apprécié. Le seul bémol serait la qualité du service concernant l'attention porté à la clientèle. Le personnel semble pressé & n'engage jamais la conversation & porte peu d'attention à ce que leur disent les gens, trop affairés au service des plats afin de rencontrer leur engagement d'offrir deux services (18h00 & 21h00). Autre soucis: La qualité des plats est incroyable & de qualité gastronomique, digne de grands restaurant, ce qui incite avec bonheur à amener de grands vins dignes de la nourriture servies. J'avais amener avec moi un Château Calon-Ségur 2000 de grande valeur & avait pris soin de la laisser debout quelques jours avant notre souper afin de laisser descendre la lie. J'ai bien demandé à la dame qui s'apprêtait à l'ouvrir de ne pas trop brasser la bouteille, mais elle n'a porté aucune attention à ce que je lui demandais en enfonçant le tire-bouchon en tournant énergiquement autant le tire-bouchon que la bouteille même. Oui, je veux bien croire qu'il s'agit d'un AVV & qu'ils n'ont comme seule responsabilité face au vin apporté que de déboucher les bouteilles, mais ils devraient être conscients qu'une cuisine de qualité incite aux bons vins & devraient avoir au minimum une connaissance de base du service du vin. Bref, la cuisine pourrait inciter aux Petrus, Margaux & autres La Tour, mais ils risquent de vous "scrapper" votre bouteille alors vaudrait mieux la déboucher & la manipuler vous-même.

Like all the places we visited in Montreal, everyone was incredibly nice & accommodating. The food was spectacular from start to finish. The flavor profiles were incredible & the plating was beautiful. We tried many dishes: the mushroom appetizer was savory, & the chorizo black pudding was tasty & came with 2 different sauces to satisfy the palate. We had the veal chop, beef shoulder, duck, & the gnudi which all were amazing dishes & all different in their creation & taste. The service was great & just the perfect amount of attentive, there when you need them & discreet while enjoying the meal. 5/5 for us & would absolutely recommend.

Food was amazing (portions were on the small side, as expected), service was timely & staff were attentive. Overall great atmosphere, highly recommend!
