There were a couple of issues with our dining experience on Saturday night. To begin, when making a reservation at a fine dining establishment like yours, one would expect that reservation would entitle to diner to a table to comfortably enjoy the meal. Instead, we were seated at the bar next to the coffee machine with a view of the staff cleaning glasses & preparing dinner rolls. I can understand if I did not have a reservation & was offered this seat & accepted however having had a reservation the expectation was that a table would be reserved for that reservation. Secondly, the service staff was less than attentive. On a busy night such as a Saturday night, perhaps additional staff might be necessary. Overall, this was not the fine dining experience that we were looking for & we were very disappointed in our experience.

II have been at La Prunelle couple times. Normally we enjoy the food & the fact that you can bring your own wine. Last times that we went, we felt the food not as good as we use to like it, but we kept going to eat there. Last time that we went we didnt like it at all, the food was not good, cold & the service was awful. We made a reservation & when we showed at the place, they had this atitude as they didnt want more customers to come in, we thought, maybe its too late for them & they were about to close the kitchen. They seated us in a kind of bar, even when they had empty spaces. More people were arriving later than us & they were seated in a regular table. We have tried different kind of restaurant with my husband, every, we have a date night every single week to enjoy our company & talk about us, life & each other week, but we didnt enjoy the food & even worst the service was really bad.
