Une suggestion serait de chercher à minimiser le bruit important ressenti dans la salle car c'est pour moi & mon conjoint un irritant indéniable cet effet "écho" qui laisse ainsi rebondir les sons sur le sol qui est nu, en béton, & sur le plafond nu aussi. De là, la pose d'un revêtement au sol (il en existe qui ne sont pas des tissus moquettes, mais faits d'autre matériau lavable facilement à répétition) & au plafond (il existe des panneaux amovibles & d'entretien faciles aussi) pourrait considérablement réduire le problème acoustique en absorbant l'effet bruyant de l'endroit, accentuant ainsi le confort de toute la clientèle (qui doit pousser la voix pour se faire entendre de l'autre côté de la table qui est peu large). Ça serait éventuellement une ou 2 mesures simples à adopter pour les propriétaires de ce restaurant, particulièrement dès la fin de la saison estivale, car on devine que ce caractère bruyant de la salle disparait sans doute quand les fenêtres sont grandes ouvertes.
Accueil chaleureux, personnel sympathique & cuisine de haut niveau. Ris de veau choucroute absolument délicieux. Par contre bruit insoutenable interdisant toute conversation avec sa propre tablée. Ventilateur sur la tête pendant tout le dîner un 28 octobre à Montréal......

Unfortunately we were sitting next to a very loud group! I do appreciate the fact that it was addressed by the staff but it took a long time to do so! Overall I really like this restaurant & I will be back
Tout était délicieux & copieux, un très bon rapport qualité prix en plus de pouvoir apportez son vin. Le personnel est charmant & les lieux accueillants. Malheureusement, c'est très très bruyant, on a peine à s'entendre à deux. Cet été, sur la terrasse, nous avions adoré.

My Mushroom Toast appetizer & my Sweetbreads main course were fabulous - could not have been better in composition, presentation & flavour! My wife's Steak Frites was, owever very disappointing. The frites were soggy & the steak was not what one expects for classic Steak Frites which is a Bavette or Onglet, i.e., a chewy but very tasty cut of meat. Instead the cut of meet given was more like a filet mignon - mushy & lacking in flavour. I realize that one should not normally complain about an upgraded cut of meat, but had she known in advance that it would be a filet migon she would not have ordered it.
Absolutely wonderful restaurant & what makes it better is that it’s BYOW! The food is delicious & the service is great. They also make one of the best crème brûlée I’ve had outside of France!
Went for a work dinner & the food & staff were great. The waiter we had was truly fantastic & attentive. Everyone left happy with their evening & very full.

Bon point : légume de saison : champignon & courge
Point à améliorer : la carte part un peu dans tous les sens, ça marque un peu de cohérence & d'identité
The salon is too long & slim .but decoration is attractive. Some of foods are strange but they are tasty & nutritious .atmosphere is friendly. Don't forget your wine�
The bar dish was amazing tastewise, however the plat was minuscule. The bread was good. The soup was more of a tomatoe sauce & my friend returned it after one bite. The fries of the steak frite were good but the meat tasteless & not well cooked. It looked boiled. Finally, the decaf coffee was acid & dessert not great. Overall disappointing although reviews seemed good. I don't think we'll be returning.
J'y suis allée plusieurs fois & à chaque fois je suis ravie. L'équipe est super, la nourriture est délicieuse & l'ambiance est très chaleureuse. Un apportez votre vin qui vaut le détour.
It's my favourite local spot, always delicious with great vibe, delicious local & thoughtful cuisine, & on top of that you can bring your own wine or beverage. Whether eating indoors or on the streetside terrace, La Prunelle is a neighbourhood institution in the Plateau mont royal, & it is easy to see why. Great for a romantic dinner or a group of friends celebrating, it always is a wonderful time. For the menu, really can't go wrong, I like to try different dishes & all have been equally enjoyed.
