So very painfully slow. Horribly understaffed kitchen despite being 3/4 empty on Friday night of spring break. Servers had basically given up. Exactly 1.4hrs to get our food. No apologies, no comps. Does not deserve to stay open. They should just shut down & be done with it.

Cuisine tjs très bonne, mais le service.....ouf le pire, mais le pire service jamais vu. Apres 1h45 d'attente nous n'avons pas encore reçu nos assiettes. Ça pris 2h avoir nos assiettes.
The food was great, but the service was very slow. They had a small live band that was mid. But, one of the hostesses sang a couple of songs & she has an absolutely incredible voice. Her singing was the highlight of the night.
Beau restaurant mais tellement long amenez vous un jeu de carte 1h30 plus tard nous n'avons pas encore manger on attend notre repas ... Tellement long pas de bon sens !
Première fois que nous allons à ce restaurant. Le service fût impeccable & le menu spécial d'hiver le est très avantageux! Vous avez 2 entrées, un repas principal, un dessert & un café ou un thé pour 36$, c'est vraiment génial ! Tout était vraiment très beau & le restaurant chaleureux, je recommande ! Merci ☺?
We were a big group with a deadline. The waitress was very attentive & efficient. The food was delicious & arrived in a timely manner. This was a very good lunch overall.

I dined here two nights while vacationing in Magog. The restaurant is located in the downtown core, & parking in the area is plentiful. The food was exceptional both in quality & value for money.
Whenever I travel solo I'm always conscious about being ignored by wait staff. This wasn't the case with my waitress, Helene, who was both attentive & prompt. The decor is sophisticated without being stuffy, & the music & decor contribute to a very pleasant dining experience. As for the menu, there are many options to accommodate different tastes.
One thing I especially appreciated, being a unilingual anglophone with a limited command of French, was how welcoming I was made. Having a menu in English was very much appreciated.
I fell in love with Magog, & the next time I return La Piazzetta will definitely be on my list of places to visit.
On est arrivé 15 minutes avant l'heure de notre réservation & la table était occupée. Ça pris 45 minutes avant d'avoir nos entrées quand des gens arrivés après nous mangeaient & ce n'était pas très bon. Croûte brûlé chorizo trop épais
