Staff accueillant & fin, très busy donc mieux de réserver à l'avance (pas énormément d'espace but the vibe is intimate & cute)! Foccacia au burrata/figues était delicieux wowww!!

La Puglia à Montréal? Oui, c'est possible grâce à la Panzeria!!! Focaccia, Panzerotti, orecchiette... tout le meilleur du street food pugliese y est. Buon appetito!
First off! Atmosphere was incredible such cool jams playing & warm inviting space. The whole staff made you feel like family. The food was the most authentic Italian you can find around here. The homemade focaccia to the handmade noodles, this place hands down 10 stars! As we paid we made another reservation to enjoy once more before heading back to California! Highly recommend having a bite here! Thank you so much to the whole team
I have been wanting to try La Panzeria for a while so when I planned to come to Montreal this weekend it was near the top of my list. The Food - I got the focaccia with mortadella, burrata & pistachio, the toppings were very fresh & went very well with the focaccia. The bread was a bit chewy around the edge for my taste, looking at photos from other previous visitors it looks like mine may have just been a little more well done than usual. I had hoped to get a half-&-half focaccia with the mortadella & capocollo toppings which I had seen others post & recommend on social media however I was told at the cash register that this was not an option. The Experience - For anyone planning to visit here, please know that they DO take reservations. Their Instagram does not mention this, they have no website & seemingly no online booking however when I wanted to eat in I was unable to because I had no reservation. Overall the food was good however I wish that there is better information available online regarding reservations as I was really looking forward to the dine-in experience. I was also really looking forward to trying both the mortadella & capocollo toppings & am confused as to why this was not offered. If I were to return I would definitely make a reservation (I assume you do so by phone?) & go with a group so we can sample different things on the menu.
Holllyyyyyy, this was so good!! The place is quite small so get there as soon as they open or reserve (I didn't know there was reservations) if you don't wanna be seated at the bar. Food was amazing honestly they are killing it.
Très bien reçu sur place rien à dire à ce sujet. La focaccia n'est pas exceptionnelle mais bonne. Cependant, les pâtes pesto pistache n'ont clairement pas de goûts & la portion est toute petite. Pour le prix, cela est décevant. Nourriture plutôt belle que bonne, d'autres restos moins Instagramable sont pourtant plus méritants.
The food was absolutely delicious, fresh & Authentic 🤍 unfortunately the service was not at par. Took 25 minutes for the waitress to attend our table. wouldn't go there to sit & dine. But it's an excellent spot to order & Pick-Up. Fantastic Focaccia⭐️

Great service, cozy little place, nice Italian Music. Simple food, not pretentious at all. If I lived closer, I will be going there ones a week at least.
This was a highly recommended restaurant & I liked my experience there. The restaurant is very small & crowded which was the downside of my experience but overall happy I tried.
