I love the pistachio pesto pasta soooo much! The foccacia is also amazing. This is one of my favorite places in Montreal & I go for special occasions. Most of the menu includes dairy so be aware of that! Not the place for someone who is dairy free but otherwise it is a must go!!!!! 10/10 menu 10/10 service :)
Sono un ragazzo italiano, era da più di 2 settimane che sono venuto in vacanza tra Ottawa e montreal e mi mancava davvero tanto il cibo italiano e finalmente l'ho trovato, cibo buonissimo, servizio perfetto, molto gentili come se fossi in Italia. Focaccia fuori di testa e pasta da urlo, anche i dolci molto buoni!
Definitely worth the hype. Also had this place recommended to me by an Italian person so it is authentic. Pasta was a bit unevenly cooked, but both focaccias were 10/10 (I do have a preference for the fig one)
Foccacia was delicious however the orecchiette was so undercooked & hard. Not even al dente, it was difficult to chew & swallow. At $30 a plate I would think my pasta would be atleast soft enough to bite through

The Best Focaccia in Montreal! My third time at this place. The focaccia is really good. The taste is well balanced. My favorite is the one with hot honey sauce topped with figs. I also ordered the pesto pasta which is quite ok. the Local Beer taste good as well. Friendly service. The place is not so big.

The Best Focaccia in Montreal! Ordered the pasta of the day. Felt like we were in Italy for few hours! Wife enjoyed the wine & I had the Local Beer. The service was great as we were seated as soon as we walked in. Lived up to the hype. Would return Again!
First, I'd like to say that I read complaints about the price before coming to La Panzeria. Although it is on the pricey side. I would have to say it was one of my favourite pizzas / focaccia in the city. The flavours are on point, the dough is incredible & the service is very fast. This is a nice spot to come grab a quick bite & a drink. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The pasta was okay, we ordered late so maybe it wasn't up to the restaurants standards but nothing to keep us from coming back or giving it a 5 star. The pizza was that great, the service was excellent & the espresso at the end was perfect! Focaccia capocolle with buratta, figs & spicy honey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Espresso ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely come back to try some other items from the menu.
Had a date lunch with my 9yrs old happen here. (You think tinder dates are hard?) We watched football, ate the best focaccia & daily pasta, polished it off with a bomboloni & espresso. Might ask the kid out on a second date. It was a good time. He might just say yes.

So delicious with great attention to detail & cozy atmosphere. We loved the pistachio pasta. It was nice to see them cutting the meats fresh in front of you❤️
The food was so good, the foccacia super fresh & fluffy. The pastas super simple but flavorful. The staff is really friendly. The place is a bit small though. 100% recommend
Durante la mia recente vacanza a Montreal, ho avuto il piacere di scoprire un vero gioiello della ristorazione: **La Panzeria**. Fin da subito, varcando la soglia del locale, mi sono sentito come se fossi stato trasportato in Italia. L'atmosfera calda e accogliente, unita alla cura nei dettagli, ha reso l'esperienza davvero unica. Il vero protagonista di questa avventura culinaria è stato, senza dubbio, il cibo. Ogni piatto che ho assaggiato raccontava una storia di passione e tradizione. I panzerotti, croccanti all'esterno e con un ripieno ricco e saporito, mi hanno riportato alla mente i sapori autentici del Sud Italia. E la pasta? Semplicemente eccezionale. Fatta in casa e cotta alla perfezione, condita con sughi che esplodono di gusto, è stata una vera delizia per il palato. Ma La Panzeria non è solo un ristorante dove si mangia bene, è un luogo dove ci si sente a casa. Un grande merito va a **Pierpaolo**, il giovane imprenditore dietro questo straordinario progetto. Pierpaolo è una persona che, con la sua energia e il suo sorriso, riesce a creare un'atmosfera familiare e accogliente. La sua passione per la cucina italiana e per l'ospitalità si riflette in ogni aspetto del locale, facendoti sentire come un amico di vecchia data appena arrivato per cena. La Panzeria è più di un semplice ristorante: è un viaggio nei sapori autentici dell'Italia, un'esperienza che va oltre il semplice pasto. Se vi trovate a Montreal e desiderate vivere una serata all'insegna della vera cucina italiana, questo è il posto che fa per voi. Io non vedo l'ora di tornare, per rivivere quelle sensazioni e sapori che mi hanno fatto sentire così vicino alla mia terra, pur essendo dall'altra parte dell'oceano. They were able to seat our large group on a busy Sunday afternoon which was really nice. We got the fig focaccia, pistachio & ham focaccia, two pastas, & their Polp fiction. All the food was fresh & so tasty. I especially loved the polp fiction. Definitely check this place out!

Very nice place tried all of their focaccias we were limited to what we were able to get because we were sitting outside at the entrance would've loved to try the pasta :( if we were able to.. it's a bit small inside for a place that's very trendy it's either you have the luck or you don't to find a seat inside! Would be great if they made a link to reserve online.. or make a terrace on the street!
We went here for a birthday dinner & the food was amazing! The focaccia is buonissima! The tiramisu was on the spot. They have very good drink selection. The homemade pasta is so so good. It is definitely a must try when in Montreal.
Delicious, cozy lunch spot. Not a big space but very welcoming like its someones home. Pasta of the day was tasty, something I could have eaten all day!
Drove almost 45 minutes to get to the location in Montreal. No parking to be found nearby which is typical in Montreal, we parked 15 minutes away by foot as it was the only place we could find for parking & walked to the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant, there were 4 or 5 tables & a few bar seats, & no possibility of being seated as all seats were taken or "reserved". I didn't know we had to reserve & had no idea how small the space actually was. No possibility of reserving via the website or via Google & no indication in the website that it would be best to reserve to ensure you can be seated. We were offered to order take out, which we ended up doing. Walked back to the car & drove back home 45 minutes away in order to eat. We ordered focaccia & pasta with burrata & pistachio. The take out portion of pasta was really small for the price but tasted amazing. The focaccia also tasted amazing, reminded me of the pizzas we ate during our trip to Italy. Truly authentic & super delicious. We would definitely eat here again, but we would have to figure out how to reserve a seat at the restaurant to eat next time as the pasta portions looked larger at the restaurant than for take out. Staff was very nice & loved that everything is made fresh, just a bit disappointed at the limited seating as we were not able to experience the restaurant at it's best due to the lack of seating.
Love the place! But it's small, so unless you reserve, don't show up if you are more than 2 humans. Pistachio & burrata pasta lacked a bit of seasonning but was great still. Focaccia was fluffly & made purfectly but the knives we were given could hardly cut through & it was too thick to bite in as you would a pizza. Ingredients were fresh & good quality, making the pricetag worth it. The service was super friendly & efficient as well. Also, the place was spotless & cleaner than what I am accustomed to in Mtl.
