Très belle ambiance: petit restaurant de quartier avec beaucoup de vie & un décor simple, mais chaleureux.
Service impeccable: nous étions un''gros'' groupe de 8 adultes & 1 enfant (-4 ans) sur l'heure du diner. Recommandation de réserver pour les groupes. Notre serveuse Margot (désolé si c'est mal eppellé), était charmante, attentionnée & nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Nous avions commandé plusieurs plats à partager & voulions ajouter un autre plat tard durant le service. Elle était transparente dans ses suggestions (par exemple recommander un différent plat en raison du temps d'attente possible). C'était très apprécié.
La nourriture est excellente: détrompez-vous, les panzerotti ne sont pas des'' calzone ou pizza pochette'', c'est meilleur!! pâte frite, légère & croustillante. Nous les avions adorés en plus des Focaccias, du sandwich à la pieuvre & des dessert, sans oublier leurs cafés. Les pâtes sont bonnes, mais pas plus spécial.
Le prix est assez raisonnable, considérant que nous avions partagé plusieurs plats dans le groupes (plus qu'un repas par personne) & que le restaurant se trouve sur le très convoité boulevard St-Denis au coeur du plateau Mont-Royal.
First, I'd like to say that I read complaints about the price before coming to La Panzeria. Although it is on the pricey side. I would have to say it was one of my favourite pizzas / focaccia in the city. The flavours are on point, the dough is incredible & the service is very fast. This is a nice spot to come grab a quick bite & a drink. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. The pasta was okay, we ordered late so maybe it wasn't up to the restaurants standards but nothing to keep us from coming back or giving it a 5 star. The pizza was that great, the service was excellent & the espresso at the end was perfect! Focaccia capocolle with buratta, figs & spicy honey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Espresso ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will definitely come back to try some other items from the menu.

WOW ! Je n'avais pas mon appareil photo avec moi ni mon cellulaire donc j'ai pas de photos, mais je vous recommande FORTEMENT cet restaurant. J'avais l'impression d'être à Rome : ambiance européenne typique & un menu incroyable. Leur pizza Mortadella & pistache était un délice, je vais y retourner c'est certain !
La Panzeria, écoute ben, c't'une joke là ? J'te dis, c'est comme si un chef avait pété sa coche pis décidé d'te faire un show de bouffe. J'ai pris un burger aux poulpes... OUI, DU MAUDIT POULPE DANS UN BURGER ! C'est comme si t'avais un octopus qui te fait un câlin d'la face. Tu croques là-dedans, pis t'as l'impression d'plonger dans l'océan direct, genre t'es rendu à La Gaspésie avec les pêcheurs, mais dans ta bouche. Après ça, la pizza débarque. Mais attends, c'est pas juste une pizza là, c't'un OVNI ! Du jambon cru, de la figue pis du miel. Là, t'es là, pis tu te dis :'Voyons donc, c'est-tu une p'tite douceur ou ben un full party de saveurs ?!' Pis chaque bouchée c't'une claque. T'as les papilles qui dansent le gigue, c'est pas normal. La Panzeria, c'est pas juste un resto là, c'est une maudite aventure culinaire. C'est comme si tu te faisais kidnapper par des Italiens fous furieux qui veulent juste te faire tripper. Pis oublie ça les 5 étoiles, j'leur enverrais ben une pluie d'étoiles tellement c'est d'la bombe. Si t'y vas pas, ton estomac va te chicaner pour le restant de tes jours. Bref, va-t'en là-bas, pis prépare-toi à te faire brasser la cage. C'est épique, mon chum!
The pizza was delicious. They were missing ingredients for my friend's pizza but she still enjoyed it. If you're planning on dining in just know that the space is incredibly small. Pricey but you know it's consistent in taste & you're getting good ingredients.
It cost me 70$ with the tip for 2 pizzas no extra or drinks. The taste was okay for me but my companion didn't like it. I don't think the prices are justified for the amount you get. The restaurant itself is small with around 5-6 tables or you can be seated like us to the counters with no place to put your legs. It gets loud so I would recommend taking it to go. They don't have English menus & no Halal options. You can replace the pork with beef but be aware that they use the same meat slicer without cleaning in between uses. The server gave us recommendations so that was nice. I will not go back again but thank you for the experience.

The thing to get here is focaccia. It comes in the size of a personal pizza & is full of toppings, which is high quality but a bit too rich for my taste.
Belle petite trouvaille! Les pizzas sont juste excellentes, les pâtes étaient bonne sans plus. Réservez avant de vous déplacer, car l'endroit est petit & n'a pas beaucoup d'assises.
Oooh que j'ai aimé cet endroit ♥️ La « pizza » avec mortadelle burrata & pistache était excellente. Croquettes de pommes de terre également J'adore (Réservation recommandée)
The staff explained the menu & it was so useful🙂 Pizza has unique flavor & both are delicious for me (we could chose half & half) & the dough of pizza is amazing ! Lasagna is basic, for me pizza is better :)
Drove almost 45 minutes to get to the location in Montreal. No parking to be found nearby which is typical in Montreal, we parked 15 minutes away by foot as it was the only place we could find for parking & walked to the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant, there were 4 or 5 tables & a few bar seats, & no possibility of being seated as all seats were taken or "reserved". I didn't know we had to reserve & had no idea how small the space actually was. No possibility of reserving via the website or via Google & no indication in the website that it would be best to reserve to ensure you can be seated. We were offered to order take out, which we ended up doing. Walked back to the car & drove back home 45 minutes away in order to eat. We ordered focaccia & pasta with burrata & pistachio. The take out portion of pasta was really small for the price but tasted amazing. The focaccia also tasted amazing, reminded me of the pizzas we ate during our trip to Italy. Truly authentic & super delicious. We would definitely eat here again, but we would have to figure out how to reserve a seat at the restaurant to eat next time as the pasta portions looked larger at the restaurant than for take out. Staff was very nice & loved that everything is made fresh, just a bit disappointed at the limited seating as we were not able to experience the restaurant at it's best due to the lack of seating.

Love the place! But it's small, so unless you reserve, don't show up if you are more than 2 humans. Pistachio & burrata pasta lacked a bit of seasonning but was great still. Focaccia was fluffly & made purfectly but the knives we were given could hardly cut through & it was too thick to bite in as you would a pizza. Ingredients were fresh & good quality, making the pricetag worth it. The service was super friendly & efficient as well. Also, the place was spotless & cleaner than what I am accustomed to in Mtl.
J’aurais mis 6 étoiles si c’était possible. Voilà près de 4 ans que je suis à Montréal & je ne sais pas comment je suis passé à côté de magnifique restaurant. Tout était parfait; j’ai partagé avec ma copine des orecchiette pesto pistache burrata, ainsi qu’une focaccia cappocolo & oh mon dieu on se croyait en Italie… Le service était excellent, le serveur charmant & les patrons Pier-Paolo & Davide super accessible. On s’en est sorti pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable (il m’est arrivé de payer plus chère pour un Pizza Hut sur Uber eats). Je recommande à tout le monde de passage à Montréal de venir découvrir la cuisine & l’ambiance de La Panzeria.
