Nous venons de déjeuner à midi dans ce restaurant.
Nous avons pris un plat du jour, spaghetti rôti à la poêle. On ne nous a pas dit combien coûtait se plat. La mauvaise surprise, CAD 30.00 pour ça. Vraiment cher pource que c'est. De plus la quantité est assez faible.
La lasagne était bonne,mais sans plus & la encore, la quantité est faible.
Bref, ce restaurant ne vaut pas le détour.
Sono un ragazzo italiano, era da più di 2 settimane che sono venuto in vacanza tra Ottawa e montreal e mi mancava davvero tanto il cibo italiano e finalmente l'ho trovato, cibo buonissimo, servizio perfetto, molto gentili come se fossi in Italia. Focaccia fuori di testa e pasta da urlo, anche i dolci molto buoni!
Foccacia was delicious however the orecchiette was so undercooked & hard. Not even al dente, it was difficult to chew & swallow. At $30 a plate I would think my pasta would be atleast soft enough to bite through

Tried the'Che Figa' focaccia at La Panzeria the other day. The food was fresh & delicious, & the service was fantastic! Will definitely come back soon.
This lives up to the hype!
The focaccia was really good, one of the best I've had, even including the ones I've had in Italy. It is perfectly bouncy & chewy without being overly oily, flavored just right
The gnocchi was simply amazing as well, the sauce is perfect, combined with the burrata, it just works on do many levels!
The service was also very good, I only had talked out, so can't really speak for the dine-in experience.
If there is one complaint, is this ain't cheap, fort my two dishes, it was over 60 after taxes. But hey, it was well worth it!
My first visit to La Panzeria was nothing short of extraordinary, & I can confidently say it won't be my last. I had the pleasure of trying La Mortazza Tua! & Chef Figa! dishes, & the remarkable contrast of flavors created a sensational culinary experience. As a Colombian who fell in love with Italian food, I truly appreciated the authenticity & passion in every bite. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Marco for his excellent recommendation. La Panzeria has truly set the bar high for exceptional dining.

Absolutely adored this restaurant. The vibe is so cozy, service was great from my fellow paisana… & now the food, everything was pretty damn good, the focaccia, the drinks, the sandwiches omg the sandwiches, so fresh & well balanced & for the cherry on top, delicious desserts, so many good options.
Just had an amazing meal at La Panzeria, & honestly, it deserves all the hype! The focaccia barese was hands down the best I've ever had-fresh out of the oven, incredibly soft yet satisfyingly chewy. Topped with premium prosciutto, figs, pistachios, & cheese, every bite was so fresh & flavorful. Absolutely recommend it! The orecchiette was another pleasant surprise. You can tell it's handmade from the perfect texture & chewiness, & the red sauce was seasoned just right. No wonder this place is always so popular-it totally lives up to its reputation. Such a delightful experience, can't wait to go back! ✨
Une véritable pépite italienne en plein coeur de Montréal ! La déco est chaleureuse & conviviale, on se sent directement à l'aise. Le service est impeccable, avec une équipe super sympathique. Les plats sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle, surtout la focaccia & les pâtes fraîches. Si vous cherchez un resto italien authentique à Montréal, je recommande vivement Panzeria. La Panzeria, écoute ben, c't'une joke là ? J'te dis, c'est comme si un chef avait pété sa coche pis décidé d'te faire un show de bouffe. J'ai pris un burger aux poulpes... OUI, DU MAUDIT POULPE DANS UN BURGER ! C'est comme si t'avais un octopus qui te fait un câlin d'la face. Tu croques là-dedans, pis t'as l'impression d'plonger dans l'océan direct, genre t'es rendu à La Gaspésie avec les pêcheurs, mais dans ta bouche. Après ça, la pizza débarque. Mais attends, c'est pas juste une pizza là, c't'un OVNI ! Du jambon cru, de la figue pis du miel. Là, t'es là, pis tu te dis :'Voyons donc, c'est-tu une p'tite douceur ou ben un full party de saveurs ?!' Pis chaque bouchée c't'une claque. T'as les papilles qui dansent le gigue, c'est pas normal. La Panzeria, c'est pas juste un resto là, c'est une maudite aventure culinaire. C'est comme si tu te faisais kidnapper par des Italiens fous furieux qui veulent juste te faire tripper. Pis oublie ça les 5 étoiles, j'leur enverrais ben une pluie d'étoiles tellement c'est d'la bombe. Si t'y vas pas, ton estomac va te chicaner pour le restant de tes jours. Bref, va-t'en là-bas, pis prépare-toi à te faire brasser la cage. C'est épique, mon chum!

I panzerotti, croccanti all'esterno e con un ripieno ricco e saporito, mi hanno riportato alla mente i sapori autentici del Sud Italia. E la pasta? Semplicemente eccezionale. Fatta in casa e cotta alla perfezione, condita con sughi che esplodono di gusto, è stata una vera delizia per il palato. Ma La Panzeria non è solo un ristorante dove si mangia bene, è un luogo dove ci si sente a casa. Un grande merito va a **Pierpaolo**, il giovane imprenditore dietro questo straordinario progetto. Pierpaolo è una persona che, con la sua energia e il suo sorriso, riesce a creare un'atmosfera familiare e accogliente. Wonderful place. The food is AMAZING, super balanced & well seasoned (the foccacias are to die for), the place is small yet cozy, server very patient & knew the menu well & we had a chance to speak with the chef who is definitely a real Italian food connoisseur & is very passionate about what he does. Yes it is not cheap but well worth the freshness of the food & the amount in the plate. Great experience would 100% recommend. Only wish I'd taken more pictures to do it justice.
che dire!!!! un posto magnifico. ottimo cibo preparato con prodotti di qualità eccezionale. Locale accogliente e poi ci sono loro, David e Pierpaolo, ragazzi veramente in gamba. Il loro spirito di accoglienza ti travolge così tanto che subito ti fanno sentire a proprio agio, come se li conoscessi da una vita. Una tappa da fare ... tanti auguri
They were able to seat our large group on a busy Sunday afternoon which was really nice. We got the fig focaccia, pistachio & ham focaccia, two pastas, & their Polp fiction. All the food was fresh & so tasty. I especially loved the polp fiction. Definitely check this place out!
