The food was absolutely delicious, fresh & Authentic 🤍 unfortunately the service was not at par. Took 25 minutes for the waitress to attend our table. wouldn't go there to sit & dine. But it's an excellent spot to order & Pick-Up. Fantastic Focaccia⭐️

I was utterly captivated by the authentic Pugliese cuisine & the incredibly warm service that truly made us feel like family. From the moment we stepped in, the welcoming atmosphere set the stage for what was such a memorable dining experience. The menu, brimming with genuine Pugliese flavors, offered a culinary journey through the South of Italy. Each dish we tried was a testament to the chef's mastery & dedication to traditional recipes. What truly sets La Panzeria apart was the exceptional service! The staff & owners genuine warmth & attentiveness added a personal touch that is rare to find. They went above & beyond to ensure our comfort, sharing stories behind the dishes. In a city that boasts a vibrant food scene, La Panzeria is a shining gem for anyone seeking authentic Pugliese cuisine. Drove almost 45 minutes to get to the location in Montreal. No parking to be found nearby which is typical in Montreal, we parked 15 minutes away by foot as it was the only place we could find for parking & walked to the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant, there were 4 or 5 tables & a few bar seats, & no possibility of being seated as all seats were taken or "reserved". I didn't know we had to reserve & had no idea how small the space actually was. No possibility of reserving via the website or via Google & no indication in the website that it would be best to reserve to ensure you can be seated. We were offered to order take out, which we ended up doing. Walked back to the car & drove back home 45 minutes away in order to eat. We ordered focaccia & pasta with burrata & pistachio. The take out portion of pasta was really small for the price but tasted amazing. The focaccia also tasted amazing, reminded me of the pizzas we ate during our trip to Italy. Truly authentic & super delicious. We would definitely eat here again, but we would have to figure out how to reserve a seat at the restaurant to eat next time as the pasta portions looked larger at the restaurant than for take out. Staff was very nice & loved that everything is made fresh, just a bit disappointed at the limited seating as we were not able to experience the restaurant at it's best due to the lack of seating.

Absolutely incredible!! The food was so authentic & fresh. The focaccia was from heaven. The ambiance & staff were A+! La Panzeria is a true gem. I can’t recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor & eat here! 5 stars team.
