I planned a team building even here for the final night of an offsite. While the reviews were good, I was a still a little worried since I live in San Francisco & am not familiar with the company. However, as soon as I arrived at the venue I knew it was going to be a great night. The space was beautiful, the staff (Quan & Damian? I probably butchered those names, so sorry!) was friendly & accommodating, & the chef was not only knowledgeable but hilarious. Even Jacqueline who I was emailing with to plan the event was great. Our team is international spanning the US, APAC, Canada, & EMEA & everyone had an amazing, fun time during the competition & eating together after. I highly recommend hosting an event here if you're with a large group.
J'ai assisté au cours Boulangerie du 8 avril, 2025. Premier cours suivi dans votre établissement. J'ai adoré le cours présenté par Damien, ses explications très claires & sa disponibilité à répondre aux questions. L'atmosphère qui règne dans ces lieux très bien planifié, organisé, nous fait apprécier d'avantage le cours. Les attentions particulières vin, fromage, pain (dégustation) ajoute un plus à l'expérience. Pouvoir participer à la confection d'un pain est aussi d'une grande utilité. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander votre école de cuisine & j'espère pouvoir suivre une autre formation prochainement.
