La chef était super & très dynamique sauf que le cours ne m'a rien appris. Il manquait l'essentiel de la cuisine asiatique comme… les baguettes! On ne nous a pas offert de manger avec les baguettes, en plus, les chefs asiatiques, travaillent leurs préparations des baguettes plus grosses. Ça fait partie de cette riche cuisine. Personnellement, comme je suis un fan de cette cuisine & que j'y mets beaucoup de plaisir & de temps, le cours était nettement trop de base. J'ai peut-être mal compris le descriptif. Il serait important de mentionner que ce cours est pour des gens qui ne cuisinent pas les bases de cette cuisine.

Les installations sont très fonctionnelles. Amélie, la chef cuisinière qui nous a donné notre cour, était claire dans ses explications, très gentille & expérimentée. Tous les participants étaient libres de participer lorsque nous étions en grand groupe à exercer différentes tâches en cuisine. Les sushis étaient très bons. Bref une expérience que je recommande à tous ceux & celles qui aiment cuisiner.

C'était la première fois que je faisais un cours de cuisine avec la Guilde culinaire & j'ai vraiment adoré ça! Je suis quelqu'un qui cuisine quand même beaucoup & j'ai appris pas mal de nouvelles choses 😊. Notre chef Amélie était vraiment super ! Je planifie déjà de rependre un nouveau cours 😁
