Nearly empty restaurant. A group of white customers ahead of us was seated in a great spot. When it was our turn, we were told to go upstairs even though first-floor tables were open, & we were in ski boots. After we objected, we were pushed to a poor table by the entrance while others were seated in the main dining area. The treatment was clearly discriminatory & racist. We walked out & ate next door. Avoid this place. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews despite a prime location.
The food quality was not good, & one of the dishes was served very late. There were four of us, & one person's meal arrived after everyone else had already finished, which was very unpleasant. The waiter's attitude was also not good.
Came here with a group of friends the restraunt was nice & clean, the atmosphere was good. I only ordered parm fries & they were okay, but when we went to pay our waiter Julian, forced me to tip on my 12$ order by snatching the machine out my hand, & when my buddy gave a 50$ bill to cover his meal + a few $ tip, he demanded more $ & said the tip wasn't big enough which he stood there until he paid him an extra 6$. Told me it pays his wage which was interesting.
Please don't call it a smash burger when it's a frozen patty. Also, try to represent your culture & make some proper poutine. Great atmosphere though. Thanks.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, les plats sont très bon, je vous recommande les frites à l'huile de truffe & parmesan. Un service extra de la part de l'archange MICHAEL 😉. Nous reviendrons sans hésite
We had a great experience at La Forge! We ate outside at the ski lift inspired table with the row of fire in the middle, while it was snowing - such a dreamy vibe! The food was amazing (especially the Brie), & our waiter Martin was exceptional! He was so friendly & took great care of us. We'll definitely be back!
Cher & pas bon. Très decevant comme rapport qualité/prix. Triste salade pour 30$ & burger à 25$ pas mangeable qu'on aurait dit tout droit sorti d'un four micro-ondes. On s'est senti jugés parce qu'on ne voulait pas faire des shooter sur l'heure du dîner.

Ambiance très le fun, par contre très décevant côté service & nourriture. J'ai attendue 30 minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne me voir, lorsque la serveuse est arrivée, enfin, elle n'avais plus rien de disponible sur le menu. Nous avons donc eu presque aucun choix & tout cela après 50m d'attente, nous avons enfin pus commander ce qui restais, sois une soupe à l'oignon. Si seulement le services & la nourriture pouvais aller avec l'ambiance sa serais TELLEMENT plaisant. Je suis très déçu. 😢

It was great atmosphere very limited eat out spots & difficult to find tables. Poor service & mediocre food quality & we ordered two drinks & they were not up-to the mark
Food prices are incredible high for the low quality. A few fries cost $10, nothing is cheaper than making the portion of fries normal sized. No surprise the place has so low ratings. Service was good
Nous sommes venus souper pour notre anniversaire de mariage (nous étions à votre resto le 5 octobre 2025). Accueil & service extraordinaire. La terrasse du 2e étage a une vue incroyable du village. Tout le personnel était fabuleux, la nourriture était très bien. J'était déjà venu à quelques reprise au bistro du 1ere étage, mais le resto du 2e est vraiment autre chose. À refaire.
