Had the classic salmon bagel: the salmon could've been more smokey but the ratio with cream cheese, capers & onions was ideal. The onions are ?blanched or slightly pickled: they offered the perfect crunch without punching you with onion! The banana bread was delicious: moist, not too sweet, good banana flavour. The herbs creme cheese is amazing! Seriously, I never tasted creme cheese as good as this one. &, the sesame bagel is soft & have a great texture! I feel that it is almost as good as St-Viateur & Fairmount bagels. The flavor of the sesame bagel goes well with the herbs creme cheese! The coffee & lattee are just "ok". Plenty of choices on the cream cheese! Ordered salmon with brie bagel, added on garlic cream cheese. It tasted so good! The ingredients are good enough for me, the cream cheese is optional. I enjoyed the savoury one so much, thus decided to go back for a sweet one before leaving Montreal. & it was the right call! I got the cinnamon bagel with blueberry cream cheese, it was crispy on the surface & soft on the inside, & the blueberry cream cheese was another level. I took every bite with smile :)Voir plus
